Sir colchicine is applied in metaphase or Anaphase for poly ploidy level..it is contradict bcz u said that mitotic posion applyied in Anaphase but otherbooks nd teacher says that applied in metaphase it desolve the spindle appratus thats why metaphasic place is formed therefore cell division is inhibited ..plzz resolve this confusion!!!!!!!!
