Thanks for tremendous positive comments on Bangladesh. The Mermaid resort is an ecofriendly beautiful resort but not the fanciest hotel. There are many more good and fancy hotel in Cox's Bazaar as well as in other places of Bangladesh, especially Sylhet which you must visit next time you come. And you got a taste of Bangladeshi hospitality !
