This is a quick run through the museum to give you an idea of all the great vintage transportation equipment that Maine used to use way back when. A great place to visit when in Bangor Maine.
This is an awesome place! Well worth a visit. The displays are very well done, lots of interesting information and photographs and exhibits, including interactive ones. And train cars to walk into, too. Take the time to visit. Plan on spending an hour or more. My husband and I were v-e-r-y impressed and the people who work there are very nice and answer questions and research if they don't know the answers and get back to you. Thank you to the Cole Family. :-)
Right here in my back yard and we didn't know. Couldn't believe just how much information they crammed in that building. As a combat Vietnam veteran I thank Cole family for displaying a Vietnam memorial along with others.
What an amazing museum, I've never visited Mane before. Not many museums allow it's visitors to interact with the static displays, top notch here. Thanks for sharing your video.👍✌️
Arthur Martin I don't remember seeing them on the road. Of coarse I wasn't paying that much attention as I'm now a days being a drive myself. Lastly the terminal that had in Portland. FedEx is in there now. 😊😊
So many trucks. I want a DIVCO. Thank you for sharing.
We visited on July 2015, thanks for this wonderful video and reminder of how precious our freedom is!
Thank you Chuyita. It a great place right in my back yard, so to speak.
I love to see old vehicles being restored and displayed.🥰 I have not been there yet. Good selection of memorabilia! The Ohio Porters! 😎
Awesome job on the bucket list now I will goggle your hours you are open.

My great uncle drove for Coles express up until he retired in 1993. Also I was there this past Sunday. 😊😊
I remember seeing the Coles trucks on the road. Thanks John.

I'm also 70 years old, lived throughout New England and I still hold a commercial drivers license. Thanks for the interest.
Held mine for the last 21 years.
Didn't Cole's team up with Spartan way back when, then both became partners with Viking freight system?.
There is no way you can keep the lights on in that joint for 7 dolla' and 5 dolla' contributions bud ...
