I'm speechless of what have had delivered. However, I'm student who I did stuck on this , cuz this part is one of my concern on my final research to work on and give its principles and activities, but I couldn't find them out..but noe hamd it's obvious thank u again it really helped me out. Thank you, Mohamed, for caring to share this kind support with us. Comments like yours are the biggest motive for us to work on more content. We would be happy to know your feedback on the rest of our courses. We tackle various topics in TEFL.
@@TEFLship of course! As long as this lecture helped me out, of course I will not hesitate to check out all the current courses so far. But, please if you don't mind I would be bothering for awhile about the second item of those techniques which is contextualization I didn't get the really meaning of it!! You can send me by email or commenting just here Mohamedhamidi832@gmail.com
@@adnantoon4k684 Contextualisation means to use language in a context. Instead of just teaching the students some vocabulary and grammar and we stop at that. Using language in a context means that the vocab and grammar they learnt has to be practiced in a role play for example (in a real life context) to help the students use the language for communication. So all that we teach in English should be to move towards meaning or to use in communication / in a context like what we do when we learn our mother tongue. We practice the language in real situations not just to solve exam questions..
@@TEFLship thank u so much , basically this channel is the best one I come across . So one more question haha..if we say the syllabus is based on situation and related to everyday vocabulary and structure , so it is contextualization righ?
@@adnantoon4k684 It is not only about the content in the syllabus, but also about the productive tasks that the students will do in/out class. For example, the words fork, spoon and plates are from our everyday use. But if you will only memorise their meaning without using them in a role play where you are in a restaurant or in the kitchen and talking to your family using these words, so it will not be meaningful or using language in a context.
