I’ve loved volleyball for years but have never had the confidence to join a team, well I’m joining one next year for my school and this whole summer I plan on doing a lot of practicing. Watching these videos gives me the confidence to keep going and know that it’s okay to mess up. Love your videos sm💕
no offense, but why? your school team is full of experienced players who've trained and worked rlly hard to get a position on the team. i wish you the best of luck of course and hope you make the team if you rlly love the sport. but i would just think ur setting yourself up for failure. well, not failure thats a bad word to use, but going into this with the mindset that you'll make the team bc you practice over the summer, while the people who make the team are also practicing is not one that i would suggest. best of luck!!

bro I can only play volleyball at school because there is no club or court that I can play in and these videos make me so anxious because I play 50 to 40 minutes each week 😭😭😭
It feels so cool to see your POV!! I’m inspired to play volleyball more not only by this but also haikyuu. I really want to wack the ball like that because the times I have it makes my adrenaline going. Sadly i’m not that athletic enough to jump that high, or move that fast- or to even get the right coordinates to hit the ball. No matter how much I practice on my own, I don’t end up living to my expectations- but i’m still a beginner and only play in pe currently so no need to overthink it 😅
I recommend squats and getting in squat position putting your arms behind you jump while raising your arms it stretches your muscles A LOT if you use enough power so I recommend more pork/steak thick meats basically
