Our graduate placement rate is typically 100%. Over the last few years and certainly this year, the rate of retirement is slightly exceeding the country’s graduate rate. However, our faculty anticipate that this trend is slowing down. It's impossible to predict with certainty as Michener last conducted a labour market survey for this field 4 years ago.
