Josh is known as the "King of the Bird Streets" in L.A real estate so i agree with that but Altman has sold many houses around that community which is why most homeowners would want him.
In my opinion they are both great!! They just have different styles - Frederick appeals to the ages 40-50 buyers and Josh has that swag for the younger rich buyers - but for this very eccentric house I would say Frederick

I'm relating here a lot, because currently I'm in a council estate from so called londonand/& Quadrant, and lately I experience hardships. This happens as my flat boilers are impossible for me to comprehend, so for the night time just like with light I turn my electric panel control on off. And today it became possibly apparent to me, that my bathtub...controls other boilers in just next placed blocks of flats (council estates or not-im not sure). However, this allows me to appreciate and almost admire the job and duty of care for their customers while purchasing new places to live. Keep on going guys, you are great. Great show, don't stop :-)
I most definitely prefer Fredrick’s style!! He has just enough goofy with kicks & wees without being over the top. He’s classier, and I prefer his family/homey approach for this house vs. Josh’s entourage/party style! Go Freddy!!! 🕺🏼 You’ll be 👆soon! 🙌

I just Thought about this but I love this show and the people on it. However I think that their jobs can be done by a well filmed video and a listing sight. They could save a lot of money on broker fees and realtor fees that way as well. You can even have a automated voice, one that sounds like an actual human and have them book a session to visit and when they enter the room they can ask the bot a question about what they are looking at and receive an answer.
If you paid attention this was done on Josh Altman's TH-cam channel so of course Altman will be feel like he is the star. When this video was made Fredrik was not yet into doing TH-cam videos so of course collaborating with another agent was a thing he needed to do to sell. Nowadays Fredrik is more active in their brokerage team's YT channel but with a different approach because him and his team appears on their videos.
I agree with Flagg because he is a true blue Beverly Hills guy and knows how to sell a house like that but the representative to the seller has done deals with Altman in the past that's why Altman was put on board.
To tell you the truth, all of Bravo's shows are scripted. Bravo used to be so good and play arts and entertainment and many stuff like operas and ballet stuff. Now, they are relaity TV poison. I'm over Bravo.
Fredrik makes the show unwatchable. He's worse than the vulgar Josh Altman. I'm out until Fredrik's shipped permanently back to New York, which I don't watch because of Fredrik.
