My Company is a supplier for Space X , and as a regional supplier i enjoy visiting the McGregor facility each Year. Their Test Launches are phenomenal for all to see from all around the area .
My wife and I live about 20 miles from this location in Texas. We can hear the rocket engines being tested quite often and occasionally they launch a rocket.The rumble is incredible and at times we can feel it in the floor of our home,the windows rattle and the sound of the rumbling, over powers the tv.The power of these rockets are incredible!!!!!
It’s crazy cause I live 15 miles outside of mcgregor and you can always tell when space x is testing because you literally feel all of Waco tx just rumbling and its so insane when you know they are testing the rockets. It’s so cool and it’s always funny explaining it to friends and family when they come down.

S2MACHINES ... There are quite a few old scenes, but I don't think the videos of the Raptor engine tests or the new Falcon 9 test stand are 2 years old. Timing is still interesting either way.
My brother-in-law took me on a tour when I went to visit him and my sister a couple years ago. I don't think it's easily obvious just how huge this site is. It was fantastic. Also, their office building is hella nice. The whole site was. I was very impressed.

Same here, the workers are pushed so hard that it would be madness to enforce a dress code. Who wants to sleep on the factory floor in a suit?
