    Wow!!! What about when you’re the last to know who you really are while others know but don’t tell you. It’s amazing how we can live fooling ourselves…. A spouse can quickly show us who we really are. It’s hard truth but those people who tell you the truth are real friends.

    Very thought provoking! I would like to point out that some who have suffered severe trauma in their past can not and should not 'revisit' that trauma as it only causes them to relive that horrible experience.

    • @earthangel2522
      @earthangel2522 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      True. But there are ways to release the emotional components. The result is the ability to remember and reflect upon the lessons learned, the deeper underlying gifts built into the experience so that one can forgive and move on.
      Many people have healed from their traumas, are able to then go on and teach others how to do the same.
      There isn’t one therapeutic approach. However, as someone who has delve deeply into one’s own psyche and exercise, the emotional triggers of past traumas, I can personally attest to the ability to grow from such experiences, and then be able to help others.
      The Emotion Code, by Dr Bradley Nelson is one such healing modality. (His book by the same name is worth exploring).
      One thing that a person never do is bury and suppress traumatic experiences. They walk around, carrying the energetic effects in their body, and it affects their health adversely.

    There is a movie recently that was on theaters that is called Radical based on true story that shows very closly how it really is like that kids live right across the border. One of the students lived by a landfill. The teacher is someone so well known by mexicans and hispanics, Eugenio Derbez. I reccommend this movie.

    You need to also include your identity in Christ, when you belong to Him. This increases self-worth, self-awareness, empathy, compassion, wisdom, knowledge, discernment….
    1 Peter 2:9 says, "But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's special possession, that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His wonderful light."
