Had this country and govt heeded her words and work, we would have enacted mental health programs and comprehensive mental health care for all who needed it.. She was a giant and I hope we all can keep her legacy moving forward with good, compassionate deeds.

The aesthetic talent training practiced by Peter Breggin and Howard Glasser is the way to restore Mental Health - i.e., if someone is distracted or depressed, find out 1 or 2 things that are bothering him; then have him join drum music classes, where everyone starts clapping and stomping {PBS T.V., 2006}. Soon, people are laughing, since happiness + physiology are being triggered together! After many such classes, it's time to sing in Glee Clubs, train for a job, etc. - since he is developing a happy Mental & Emotional Cathexis, which is what Mental Health is! / In the current Mental Health Industry (their term), psychiatrists give down-and-out people disease like labels [to justify insurance coverage], then neurotoxic drugs or ECT - which usually secures the patient as a cash cow. Most patients {who have been delinquent} then remain as victims, since they do not have the background or lifestyle to: as Maryanne Williamson says - "Produce Yourself!"

I was in mental health work in SC, working at the William S. Hall Psychiatric Institute in Columbia, when Mrs. Carter visited there when her husband was President. I was very impressed with her, despite my not having voted for Jimmy. I agree with a previous comment that Jimmy and Rosalyn were two people too good for Washington.

Rosalynn was good about removing stigma - did she also advocate singing in Glee Clubs and other aesthetic Talent Training that Julia C. Christensen and Madan Kataria have made available?

Eleanor and her friend Larina Hickok inspected new towns and cities that were being built near the 37 new hydroelectric dams constructed under the TVA! @@whatwhat5948

While her husband was one of the worse Presidents ever, Ms. Carter was always a class act. Among the best First Ladies, ever!

Jimmy rubberstamped what whatever the financial community wanted - He did not oppose Fed Chair Volcker's prime interest rate hikes that drove investment out of productive industry and into parasitic speculation. Now, at the present time - there is $2 - 2.5 thousand trillion of gambled-up claims in the globalist system, where $5 trillion changes hands every day. Since 2008, the Fed has been loaning the large banks & corporations large amounts of QE bailout money - which the banks do not bother to pay back; rather, they just add it to their debt! / A 1933 like Bankruptcy Reorganization must be arranged - which would freeze the gambled-up claims (like Derivatives), via Marcy Kaptur's HR2714 for a Glass-Steagall Act. Then, credit could be made available for the real economy, the way The Reconstruction Finance Corporation did under FDR. HOWEVER, this Reorganization must now be international!
