I just came across your channel. I stopped watching most paranormal Channels because they were getting so ridiculous and out of hand. So much nonsense and fakery. I find your channel very refreshing and real. You seem to be honest and respectful about what you are doing. I just subscribed and look forward to watching all your videos. I also really like that you get as much history and information about the places you investigate.

I love it when you guys do abandonment because ever since I was a kid, I always wondered what happens in a place when nobody’s around. Do you things just stay still for the few seconds or the years that people are not there? 👻👍🧟♂️
If I had the money, I would fly you overseas to the house we just moved into together with our oldest 25 year old son. It has been passed down in my husband's family since 1681, and things are a little bit on the crazy side right now. 🥴 Hopefully it will get better in a year or two, I think that the changes that has happened now with us moving in has triggered stuff. My personal take on it is to treat the building with respect, people have lived, loved and died here for a very long time. And I don't interact asking questions etc. Not right now.
How are things 4yrs on in the house? Always interesting to hear back on these kind of things - did things settle? Our house had lots of crazy activity in the first few years we were here, lots of unexplainable things happened - there’s also a headstone down the garden dated 1948.. not sure who/what was buried down there and would never try and dig it up.. things quietened down a bit here, but we do still get the odd blips of activity.. there was a strange light manifestation picked up on our doorbell at around 4am after I heard a very random noise outside.. about 2weeks back.. it didn’t trigger the doorbell but I went on to have a look and there was a light low down by the floor moving about, not seen anything like it before or since and can’t explain it at all? 🥴 there was no one out on the street as I was flicking between the two cameras.. no idea! 🥴

I found you guys just about a week ago and have been binge-watching. I really appreciate the respect that you have and how you film. I have had many different experiences with the other side. For a couple of yearsI lived in a farmhouse that was built in 1910. When I first saw it, I felt like I was home. The place had a very welcoming and happy vibe. It was in Snohomish, WA. I did get feelings, like being watched from time to time. I was never afraid. I lived there with my 2 golden retrievers. I had a friend that used to come over and hang out all the time. He would take photos in my home and with me playing with my pups. Well, I noticed orbs in the photos EVERYWHERE. I became curious and tried different cameras. They all photographed orbs. The orbs were usually only in one room, the living room. The other thing is that I would notice my pup Katie, looking up at (nothing that I could see) wagging her tail and becoming playful, many times. Yes, I do believe that something was there with is in that house.
Look! Please don't get discouraged because of youtube. There is only a handful of truthful people that do what you do at the quality you do it in. Thank for the time you all spend for our entertainment. God Bless

I believe I saw an anomaly at about 44:06 go from the meter towards Jason and then behind him. Then as the REM pod goes off, he looks up as another floats above by the light. I'm wondering too, Ryan stuck his left arm out and it's possible by the way the anomaly moves, that he was reacting to it as well. I love the new look and style of investigating,but I love all you do. Always a huge fan of PQ. At 19:25 when he says “so you can see us?” And they hear the woman’s voice, it sounds like she’s saying “absolutely” I’ve been hearing so many things in all of your videos! At the bellaire house during abandonment, that dragging sound up in the attic has a whisper behind it saying “I’m being murdered” y’all gotta get my headphones 😂

I noticed at 46:39 right after Ryan says "can you use the other device please" a light anomaly seems to leave the Rem-Pod then goes over the shadow of the tv on the wall and goes pass Ryan's face then at 46:50 right after Ryan says " we'd love if you could ( orb appears on the left wall and goes right across the room and disappears out the window on the right)

Hi guys! Love the new intro and the new format. I've always enjoyed your episodes, and I'm happy to see you've posted another. So, in listening to the show tonight, I heard several disembodied whispers. Mostly female, but also a male down in the basement. I could be right; I could be wrong, but here is what I heard: 11:23 "OK" in response to Dave talking about using the K-2 meter. It's a light whisper. There is a click right after (radiator maybe?) but it doesn't sound the same as the whispered response. 12:57 "No." It's lightly whispered but it's a direct response to Steve's question. 22:55 "No." Very light whisper, almost inaudible, when asked about moving a door. 23:21 "Hide!" Whispered as the guys are coming up the stairs. 30:46 "No." in response to opening the attic door. This one is super-faint; not sure if I really heard it at all! 37:42 "No!" in answer to Ryan asking about staying in the house. This one sounds male and agitated. 51:27 "I did." Very light whisper in response to Ryan asking if Spirit could set the REMpod off again. As for the REMpod incident, I think Spirit was trapped on the stairs, perhaps with one hand on the newel post where the REMpod was sitting. After all, she had just said "Hide!", and if she happens to be 'stuck' in the staircase area, then she had nowhere to go. OK, and why are Jason's eyes glowing in the basement?? Humans don't have the tapetum lucidum that animals have, which allows their eyes to reflect light. Mine will do that, but I've had specialized eye surgery. Of course I don't want to know if Jason had surgery, but that was very cool! Stay safe!

Hi guys! Love the new intro and the new format. I've always enjoyed your episodes, and I'm happy to see you've posted another. So, in listening to the show tonight, I heard several disembodied whispers. Mostly female, but also a male down in the basement. I could be right; I could be wrong, but here is what I heard:
11:23 "OK" in response to Dave talking about using the K-2 meter. It's a light whisper. There is a click right after (radiator maybe?) but it doesn't sound the same as the whispered response.
12:57 "No." It's lightly whispered but it's a direct response to Steve's question.
22:55 "No." Very light whisper, almost inaudible, when asked about moving a door.
23:21 "Hide!" Whispered as the guys are coming up the stairs.
30:46 "No." in response to opening the attic door. This one is super-faint; not sure if I really heard it at all!
37:42 "No!" in answer to Ryan asking about staying in the house. This one sounds male and agitated.
51:27 "I did." Very light whisper in response to Ryan asking if Spirit could set the REMpod off again.
As for the REMpod incident, I think Spirit was trapped on the stairs, perhaps with one hand on the newel post where the REMpod was sitting. After all, she had just said "Hide!", and if she happens to be 'stuck' in the staircase area, then she had nowhere to go.
OK, and why are Jason's eyes glowing in the basement?? Humans don't have the tapetum lucidum that animals have, which allows their eyes to reflect light. Mine will do that, but I've had specialized eye surgery. Of course I don't want to know if Jason had surgery, but that was very cool! Stay safe!
