I love the emotions put in Scara's voice especially 😭✨ I really hope we'll have the chance to focus more on Ei/Scara's relationship in the future, and eventually have them meeting again. Although there was this whole Irminsul thing with Scara erasing his identity as a fatui harbinger and kabukimono/Kunikuzushi (and that I think there's a chance Ei does remember him but only as a prototype puppet and not as a guy named Country Destroyer...), I just feel like we focused a lot on his past concerning Katsuragi/Niwa and the sick child more than his first ever "betrayal", which is weird. Why would they leave it out like that ? Wanderer's character arc isn't complete and over, and we'll probably never see it end as it will be a very long process. But I think we could at least adress the Ei issue during an event (as HoYo likes to drop VERY VERY VERY IMPORTANT LORE in limited events), or even, in an eventual story quest where he makes a trip to Inazuma to be punished by the clans he destroyed (as he asked the traveler to tell them about that).
in the recent event Nahida told him she hopes he will be able to "settle the debts of his past" so i definitely think he'll go back to inazuma eventually
my friend, there is no need to worry. Ei remembers Wanderer, that's 100%. the witch's voice in the Traveler's head at the end of quest 3.3 said, in short, Irminsul cannot change or erase the fact that Ei created the Wanderer. Therefore, she cannot forget him.

However there's still this him before even being kabukimono that remains, and since he wasn't completely erased from Irminsul like Rukkhawho, I feel like there's a chance Ei remembers at least creating him!

Scaramouche has every reason to feel the way he feels. The VA for both Scaramouche and Ei are super. As he is Wanderer now, he may have a chance to reconcile with Ei and take El Docttore out before the end of the story. After Simulanka he is on his way to becoming a hero and has mini Duran (the dragon) as a new friend!
also, the audio isn't that balanced so it would be better if the BGM was quieter, and scara's voice was a similar volume to Ei's. Especially since Ei is so soft spoken
