Josh's MVs really are carefully thought out. Some of the symbolisms: *Car toy - he was born in the car on the way to the hospital *Marbles - childhood games *Pencil - school he couldn't finish unlike most people *Letter - written to his younger self *Removing the necklaces - removing the chains of his past *Walking through hospital beds - hospitalized and almost dying of dengue as a child or could be about his dad. Josh mentioned before of having to let go of the idea of meeting him and move on Because of all the things that happened to him during his childhood, he had to grow up fast. Hence the lyric, trying to find pieces of the child that died where his innocence was lost. When he was young, him and his family were evicted out of their house so him crying in front of the gate could be that very same house they were evicted from. Despite all of this, he grew up beautifully with a great head on his shoulder. Thank you for your beautiful RV!
