Howdy, im so glad I found your channel. Sorry for typing in English. I may be ready the schem incorrectly so i want to clarify. L1 and L2 are obviously the flyback transformer. Then L3 would be the HV/HF output on your cuatom transformer(at 13uH)....correct? What is the uH of the other coil on the transformer? The large copper winding. Or does it not matter enough as long as the ratio is close to 1:1(or 1:1.125)? Thanks mate.

I can read the wiring diagram of the welding machine and I wanted to ask you if to protect the welding machine from HF discharges I have to mount your special component in the position you showed in the video th-cam.com/video/WToNfDHsde8/w-d-xo.html. Thanks for your help in the diy community.

ευχαριστω για τα καλα σου λογια, δεν φτιαχνω φιλε μου παραγγελιες, ομως απο τοτε που ανεβασα αυτα τα βιντεο γνωριζω πανω απο 350 ατομα εδω στην ελλαδα που το φτιαξανε μονοι τους, ειναι τοσο απλο και με τοσες λεπτομεριες τα βιντεο που ακομη και αν εσυ δεν μπορεις να το κανεις σιγουρα θα εχεις καποιον φιλο να σε βοηθησει να το φτιαξετε μαζι.

Why don't you get an electric shock during the welding process, while you touch the workpiece??? What is the length and diameter of the heart (simmer)???

@@gibbyrockerhunter it dasnt' mater... is a hv transformer that introduse 2 voltages [and 2 freequensies] in one cable.

if you have wet hands you WILL get an electric shock,,,The length and diameter of the ferrite is 1.5cm by 10cm
