2tbspFlax seed
2tbsp Fenugreek deed
2tbsp chia seed (tukmalanga)
1/2 litre water
Boil
Halal gelatin
Cook well
Until gel form
Then remove and strain it in malmal cloth
Cool it completely
Blent it (add egg white)
Wash hair
Dry half
Remove tangle
Then apply
Slowly in while combing
Steam
Leave in hair for 30 min to 1h
Then wash hair without shampoo
Then apply conditioner

I want to know, do you go with any specific kind of shampoo before homemade keratin treatment ? Or it's just a regular one?

Chia seeds are not thukh malanga. Tuhk malanga are called basil seeds. But chia is also a super food.
They have similar properties, same nutritional values etc.. almost same. Only chia seeds aren't native to Pakistan, basil seeds are..
Chia seed is called Tulsi seed
Koi kya kehta hai koi kya ab chia seeds hai kya? Bazar sy laty waqt ham kya kahengy dukandar k kya do. Wo chia seeds nahi janty

Ap mehnga chia seed Khana chahti han to apko online b mil jaye ga n kia achy store pe b. Meri manain sasta n same benefits Wala local basil seeds (tukh malanga) khain

Ma'am I have a question. I took at least 8-10 sitting of keratin treatment 5 years back. Though it did bad to my hair. Luckily it never affected my physical health. Does this keratin treatment causes fertility issues?
