Jet Streams develop where air masses of differing temperatures meet. So, usually surface temperatures determine where the Jet Stream will form.

suggestion - sir please cover larger portion in single video ,because things are very much interconnected and to explain a single topic u are repeatedly explaining same thing again and again.
For example : one video is already dedicated to Coriolis force but since the topic came again u indirectly explained it again just because it is not covered in this video.
thus series is unnecessarily going long and long .
otherwise ,series is awesome , thank you so much .
