Moro absorbs a little energy from Namek and somehow goes from losing to kaioshin-buu to winning against him, Beerus is once again "way stronger than Goku", Uub is so strong that a little bit of his ki refuelled Goku's power and made him stronger than ever...), important abilities (Goku and Vegeta couldn't sense their own energy being drained, majin buu *pure* took grand-kaioshins god ki instead of normal majin buu, who took his appearance, contradicting what we know about how buu's absorbtion, ultra instict is now practically a transformation...), the humans (made it very clear they are more or less worthless with even the characters admiting it...), Vegeta's character (apparently he's still evil, and any character developement from the buu arc till that point was just retconned out of existance...) Goku's character (senzu bean incident) and their character dynamic (Goku is the dumb but skilled and Vegeta is the smart but brute... or that used to be the case: Now Vegeta is just smart Goku). This is a common misconception. The timelines are VERY VERY different between the anime and manga. DBS broly wasn’t even canon to the anime timeline, for instance

Second, that was all one “spirit fusion” ball powered by Vegeta and the z fighters, with uub giving it an extra buff. It wasn’t meant to permanently increase Goku’s strength, only to restore his depleted ki reserves so he could tap back into perfected ultra instinct. PUI didn’t need to be stronger, and even merus and Whis stated that Goku could have ended the fight easily in PUI. The problem was not that Goku was too weak, it’s that he waited too long to end the fight, lost his energy once caught by Moro in a careless mistake, and dropped out of the form. Vegeta stated that his initial spirit fusion bomb simply wasn’t enough energy to get Goku back into ultra instinct. That’s where uub came in. Goku didn’t get permanent power from that.

It was a spirit FUSION bomb, the opposite of spirit fission (Vegeta’s yardrat technique.) after all, the king Kai spirit bomb (the technique you are thinking of) can only canonically destroy things. It’s not something you can absorb in canon. Even in the anime, the tournament of power spirit bomb HURT Goku. He unlocked omen because he managed to survive it, not because he absorbed it. Also he didn’t throw a spirit bomb in the tournament in the manga timeline.

I loke the manga power level scaling. Becoz of this god ki absorption problem goku and vegeta got too buffed. I don't really think power levels exist in the anime. It's mainly based off of merchandising and how much they can milk a character or transformation for money. The manga is the only one that sort of stays true to power scaling.

Moro absorbs a little energy from Namek and somehow goes from losing to kaioshin-buu to winning against him, Beerus is once again "way stronger than Goku", Uub is so strong that a little bit of his ki refuelled Goku's power and made him stronger than ever...), important abilities (Goku and Vegeta couldn't sense their own energy being drained, majin buu *pure* took grand-kaioshins god ki instead of normal majin buu, who took his appearance, contradicting what we know about how buu's absorbtion, ultra instict is now practically a transformation...), the humans (made it very clear they are more or less worthless with even the characters admiting it...), Vegeta's character (apparently he's still evil, and any character developement from the buu arc till that point was just retconned out of existance...) Second, that was all one “spirit fusion” ball powered by Vegeta and the z fighters, with uub giving it an extra buff. It wasn’t meant to permanently increase Goku’s strength, only to restore his depleted ki reserves so he could tap back into perfected ultra instinct. PUI didn’t need to be stronger, and even merus and Whis stated that Goku could have ended the fight easily in PUI. The problem was not that Goku was too weak, it’s that he waited too long to end the fight, lost his energy once caught by Moro in a careless mistake, and dropped out of the form. Vegeta stated that his initial spirit fusion bomb simply wasn’t enough energy to get Goku back into ultra instinct. That’s where uub came in. Goku didn’t get permanent power from that.

It’s not something you can absorb in canon. Even in the anime, the tournament of power spirit bomb HURT Goku. He unlocked omen because he managed to survive it, not because he absorbed it. Also he didn’t throw a spirit bomb in the tournament in the manga timeline.

It has nothing to do with the anime. May it come out in anime form? He’s way stronger in the manga you know these are random numbers anything after the mid android saga is impossible to calculate so we use power scaling and manga goku has more feats which are determined to estimate a character’s strength and manga goku has literally done every thing anime goku has and more remember these are random numbers if you ask how people got these you would never get a correct answer because everyone would answer differently
