i want to build him but i used all of my select summons on the mauler chick i hope he won't a broken hero like one piece or palmar
so i got 2 raoul on 2 multi. i have a swap chest, i want to exchange my 1 star rowan to raol. should i?
NO. Rowan is a known good hero. Raoul is unknown and I don't see him replacing rowan or being better than him!
Is he worth to build bro?
He's better than Raine, worse than Palmer. Probably can find his place in CR, most likely wont find any other usagesIf you need elder tree points - build him anyways, if not - i would wait and most likely skip him later
Noone knows. I just had the ressources. His kit seems strong... But he is a ranger. Interesting for sure.
