Suchetgarh is a village in Sultanpur Lodhi tehsil in Kapurthala district of Punjab, India. In 2016 I had visited this border from Indian side (Suchetgarh ). Seeing your video brought back the pleasant memories of that visit. We also spoke to a group of Pakistanis who were as excited as we were. An old dillipilated building is what remains of the railway station on the Indian side. The railway track has almost been uprooted. People on both sides have same history and culture and yet a line on the map divides us ! Whosoever visits such border points feels that the partition in 1947 was a man made disaster.

This was only a misfortune that a third party took the advantage and made the two brothers enemy of each other.
Otherwise the people are the same, the culture is the same, the blood is the same, the language is the same.
But only difference is the territory.
