Those who have already career in development and testing they go for technical Business Analyst profile.Even in big4 or renowned product based companies they expect you to have thorough knowledge on technical side as well...even though you don't know coding .They expect you to have knowledge on SQL (MANDATORY)... dashboards...APIs(if needed).Saying this from my work experience.

In fact the Dev or tech team because they are more closer to execution should understand what a business is seeking no? Instead of a middle person acting as a telephone?? Isn't this profile really unnecessary?
