I absolutely adore the Delpratt family. I wish I stumbled upon them before I chose the Air BnB that I will be staying at in December 2024, but I will undoubtedly visit Jamaica again and I will definitely seek this family out.

I was just telling my grandma the other day that St.Thomas will soon be a big deal because its slowly developing and the opportunities are endless because its quite close to Kingston.
I wish they have remote AC where the home owners regulate it from their phones. They could see when the occupants are out and turn it off. People should utilize the natural breeze just open the windows that's the best AC in Jamaica.
@@empresslee8764 I've stayed at several in Kingston and Ochie. I didn't need AC but Portmore is flat and at sea level so maybe it's hotter there. I just feel bad for owners when north Americans leave the AC on. It cuts onto their profit.

Lol this natural breeze not working this summer , but they do have systems that can control AC remotely.
The natural air is like using a blow dryer. Crazy hot and constant sweating trust me.
