Everything you mentioned refers to the stock exhaust the car has a Borla on it it doesn't have secondary cats (unless his brother installed a set of secondary cats on the Borla but I doubt it) or the flattened out part of the OEM exhaust system. AFS light is most likely on due to the bracket that holds the sensor near the rear drivers side wheel. You can duck tape it to the correct position or buy a new bracket for the sensor. Should resolve you’re issue, rarely the headlights are the culprit.
@@LensOfMartin ohh..if there aftermarket headlights scratch what I said..pulling the fuse would actually get rid of the AFS light. I thought you were running OEM head lights

ISF in these days is a very good investment, so even if you're not driving that much or just especially in case not driving too much this car is gonna hold his value or even after some time you"ll earn some cash if you decide to sell it
Scorpion Lex you’ve been having too much of the Toyota look aid lol. The isf isn’t a collectible by any means, the rcf and now the is500 have ensured that lol. Not to mention the isf was more of a budget/imitation m3 and also lexus V8’s aren’t very performance oriented. All of that combined doesn’t make the isf a bad car but it definitely doesn’t justify the rip off prices dealers are trying to get for them just because of old internet hype from bots at lexus and pree pube boys who knew nothing about cars except what they heard on the internet lol. I was one of those kids until I got my first car and five years later I’ve got an Evo that laugh lexus’ right Off the track. Oh yeah and it’s a 4 pot! Lolol. ✌️😂✌️
@@route66garage59 First of all, Lexus is a lot more reliable than M3 and about being collectible...partly you have right that it isn't ...but only in USA is not. In Europe it is already , because new IS500 is produced only for USA market, so ISF was the last IS with V8 and it already got more expensive. Afterall I think still that in USA you can see more M3 then ISF
It’s only a good investment if it has low miles and only driven on weekends. A high mileage isF is not a good ROI. For the amount of money a low mileage isF goes for, I rather get a GsF, but then if I’m going to spend THAT much money on a gsF, I rather get myself a brand new is500.

Mike do you mind me asking why you are selling the ISF all ready? What would you replace it with? You could get into the 11's with some weight reduction.
Dashboard and door panels are nice. My old Lexus IS panel’s started melting
They aren't as nice as the replacements I got on my old 350, but they held up. They are scratching and chipping a bit.
I recently got a 2008 ISF matador red mica with 55k miles on it....
Excited to see what the future holds
Nice the mileage is the least of your worries if it's been even decently maintained lexus's will go forever 💪💪
as a broke college student in 2023 I’m still on the search for one of these
Hey I got my isf for 17.5k last week in PA as well! Congratulations!!
the driver seat is no big deal, it can be re-done or check the market for a used driver's seat in good condition
keep it up Marty, Congrats, I really want an ISF as well instead of my IS 300 2009
Making me miss my 08 350
the 145 miles is fine my 2011 isf has 155 and it still runs good
Good deal 👌. Mileage is good for the year. Glad it worked out for you 👊
AFS light is most likely on due to the bracket that holds the sensor near the rear drivers side wheel. You can duck tape it to the correct position or buy a new bracket for the sensor. Should resolve you’re issue, rarely the headlights are the culprit.
Hmm never heard of that one. I just pulled the fuse because that’s usually what needs done with aftermarket headlights
@@LensOfMartin ohh..if there aftermarket headlights scratch what I said..pulling the fuse would actually get rid of the AFS light. I thought you were running OEM head lights
That's one hell of a deal. There's one near me with the same mileage for 23k and I want to hop on it so bad. In the current state of things I should hold off. 😢
Always love the lexus content!
Finally got into an ISF- nice, man!
Congrats Marty🎉🎉
Congratulations on your sweet ride
Seems like he does pretty well as a barber!
Moving on up!
Lolol. ✌️😂✌️
Correction. That would be “Toyota Kool Aid” damn spellcheck 😄
For the amount of money a low mileage isF goes for, I rather get a GsF, but then if I’m going to spend THAT much money on a gsF, I rather get myself a brand new is500.
awesome deal and i know youyou will make her beauty, hope to have one to someday
I see a lot of 20k-30k isfs in my area with around 100k miles
Nice car! That’s my dream car
You buy my dream car, congratulations 🥳
It’s about time!
I've got a IS500 Launch Edition 2UR-GSE ftw
Nice! It would interesting to race against an ISF.
Such a badass car… can’t wait till I get my hands on one
Just wanted you to know, it is Mark Levinson. His name is printed right there on your radio,
I saw that after making the video lol
@@LensOfMartin lol it must sound good!
