I've used the note 13 4g but not the Samsung a15,though my experience the redmi works pretty well for most tasks and if you are aiming to use it for social media it's a great phone,it can also do some gaming aswell.its 6.7 inches(I like smaller phones but that's just my preference)and takes decent photos.
Design is clean, this phone is just to slow for me. I would recommend the poco m6 pro or if have the money the x6 pro. Both are a better upgrade then this

You will some issues after a while with the data internet. Note I don't know about the WiFi since I don't use that. Also you will have problem with the hotspot. And the charger is not as as redmi note 10. Hope this will help you know some problems in advance.
