My favorite Kyrie season, even tho they lost to overpowering Golden State that year in 5. He was on a certain cruise control in the reg season that was awesome to watch. Scoring came very easy to him. And when he had to actually TRY in the playoffs, and against the warriors in the finals, you seen him turn up the notch. Giving my eyes the most pleasing scoring game, particularly in lay-up making, that I've ever seen in game 3 vs GSW 💯
Kyrie has the best off hand of any basketball player I've ever seen. It's part of what makes him the best ballhandler ever. Even MJ had a 0.01 percent weaker left, lol, but Kyrie is truly ambidextrous.
@@ninjachannel007 facts his left hand is ridiculously good, very underrated skill it makes you harder to deal with if you finish, handle & pass with the left. I know a lot of people aren’t great with their left hand
This is the year Kyrie became a dominant scorer. He had gotten injured in 15-16 after averaging 19 points in like 26 games, and he had always been a 20-22 point scorer the few years before LeBron came there. In that historic 2016 run he started to creep into the 25+ range reserved for elite scorers, and hasn't gone below that mark since. Like Steve Kerr did for Curry, it was Ty Lue who unleashed Kyrie and told him to make something happen every time he touched the ball.
