found this song like 3 or 4 years ago heard it once helped me through hard times , fast forward i forgot all about this great track and i found it once again and im currently going through something now whatever im just happy i found this track again its candy to my ears really enjoyed this track hope all you guys did too.
I've read all the comments, and listened to every song anybody said it was either sampled from or ripped off,and my opinion is that this version stands alone as my fav.
the piano sample is an original composition by Ryuichi Sakamoto: 'Bibo No Aozora' it's beautiful to see it combined with other melodies and beats in such a way
Picture in the video is from 5 centimeters per second. The film is a masterpiece the art and the story is extraordinary. If you watch the film the last volume of the manga the epilogue is a must read.
Its actually a film, no episode by episode adaptation. Do keep in mind the epilogue of the manga is a must read if you finish watching the film. It'll cover loose ends on the film.
Hey Sanna, I thought I was the only one in the world with that name. It is weird to see my name on another person, it is the first time I have seen my name on another person. Awesome!!
@MrSuicideSheep unless u use the new youtube downloader... then u can chose what quality u want it... then there is programs to rip it but u need a good one that will rip it to WMV... so u get amazing quality!! DAMN AND THIS SONG... BLEW MY MIND!!!
IM trying to start making musix, but I realize im over analyzing things.. you dont need that many layers of stuff. I hear the breakbeat, percussion, some strings a pad and vocals. and a little piano loop. Simple and Beautiful
5 Centimeters Per Second is an absolute masterpiece, it's a work of art. A short, emotionally challenging anime/manga about two distant lovers. Truly something that will stick with me. And if the anime doesn't suit you, the stunning artwork will. btw the Fan Dub is awful, watch the sub.
I only wish for this to be on spotify 😔❤️
A gem, it's crazy what are the ones that stick with you years later
Had to come back for some nostalgia. God i miss these days in high school

@@AstoundLikesWoW man it’s wild I feel like I just made this comment yesterday lol and here I am again just amazed with time 😂. 10 years dude
@@DamnThatsZev_ and now again
The melody is from a Japanese pianist named Ryuichi, thumbs up so everyone can hear the parent piece:
Ryuichi Sakamoto - bibo no aozora 2008
Zaph Kiel Fehrplay also sampled the piece for 'Slab' love their creative use of it still
+Zaph Kiel And in this case, the original ts better
is it the soundtrack of the movie AMORES PERROS?
dalila porta it is not, the soundtrack is From the movie Babel, who is the Same director of Amores Perros
i don't like the original, no bass.
Man those memories...
Gosh... almost 10 years.
I can't believe it ... It's like yesterday ... I believe my parents when they say we're out of time ...

I recognized the piano melody and immediately fell in love with the song. Such an amazing mix between orchestra and electronic.

Das ist das Lied nachdem ich schon so lange gesucht habe. Dank eines Kommentars bin ich nun endlich angekommen. Danke ;)
this is perfect. Never heard this song before but it puts all kinds of emotions in my head! Magical.
@DJUsive1 D Kay & Intoxicated didn't create the melody. It's from the movie Babel. So they also 'ripped' it and didn't give credit.
Listening to this song again now, gives me a nostalgic feeling. I love this track :)
was killing me where id heard that piano bit from, its off the film pathology!!! this has been dragging on my mind for hours
I'm pretty sure trey songz used this melody in a recent song.
