    Hello, thank you for this amazing video, for some reason I heard 'em saying 'Ca sera 55' is that true or Ca fera?

    • @cyruschang1904
      @cyruschang1904 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's either
      Ce sera (not ça sera) = it will be (ce sera is the future tense of c'est)
      or
      Ça fera (not ce fera) = it will add up to (Ça fera is the future tense of Ça fait)
      This is used after some addition, for example : €50 each way for the round trip plus 10% tax, €50 + €5 €50 + €5 , ça fera 110€ (the total will come up to €110)
      They use the verbe faire because they say 2 plus 2 font 4

    I am really happy that I understood the entirety of the conversation the first time. It has been more than a decade since I have been out of French. Realizing that I retained some of it has filled me with joy.

    So, as an American, I studied German, Spanish, & French in order to speak the native language when I was visiting a foreign country. From experience, I've learned that speaking the mother tongue is necessary in/at train stations, airport ticket counters, grocery stores, dive shops, etc. That means rapid dialogue lessons like "At the ticket counter in a train station" are a good idea. Thank you, Alexa.

    This is so so so helpful. It is so amazing to be able to understand it at the end. It is like being able to tune in a distant radio station! LOL. The numbers were the hardest part. Even the 3rd time through and already knowing what they said, my brain still got left behind as the conversation proceeded. Now I know what I need to practice next. LOL.

    Another great video, thanks! - I have been always wondering how you guys - native French speakers - feel the difference between "ils ont" and "ils sont", "billets" and "billet" etc. For me - impossible ...

    excellent use of R&B. male red, female blue, perfect. plus red down, blue up perfect. the salvation of Europe is understanding duality. check out the use of this concept during the revolution 1792.but to me it's more George Oshawa and michio kushi, both brilliant men. do the research
