Wow! You certainly wouldn't have any trouble finding a farmacia, drug store or pharmacy on that street. I lost count at around 50 that your camera picked up on this walk, and I know I didn't count them all.

Be prepared to be offered drugs every step you walk
We actually never got offered once, even at night. The only people that did were the people standing outside of the drug stores every 50 feet and trying to get us in to buy their watered down pharmaceuticals.

Everyone has different situations, just because certain things happen to someone doesn't mean it's guaranteed to happen to others. Saying "being offered drugs every step you walk" is a pretty extreme exaggeration as well.
