Such great enthusiasm for a beautiful Island that's Ζάκυνθος. Xigia beach is special. I remember going when it was quite a climb down to get at it. We had the Beach to ourselves...smelt still after four showers 😄. Now if you had carried on past Xigia beach you would have arrived at Levante Brewery, well worth a trip & beer tasting 😃🤟 Levante (Island of flowers) or rising of the Sun, depending where you are. I have to say Ζάκυνθος is my bolt hole, it is a beautiful place, the one thing that is more beautiful is the people of Zakynthos. ❤
Since your journey to Greece came to end i would like to let you know that there were even more places such as Nafplio Monemvasia Zagori Meteora Delphi Crete Rhodes Corfu so many more islands and villages to amaze you.. Zakynthos was a good way to end this trip though 😉👍
I hope you guys did not miss out on the wine tasting on Zakynthos. It's one of the must do activity when you're there. I was totally mesmerised by how much Zakynthos got to offer and totally enjoyed my week long stay there, and thanks for sharing those amazing drone shots!✌️
Not been there since the 90s. Remember climbing over the wreck after a long swim from a tour boat. Just about drowned from the hangover, lol. Not much left when compared to then xx
Awww! I went here last year and my god i was amazed!! Also the best part is when our captain played Titanic song (My heart will go on) when we were approaching the island with the shipwreck that was amazing😂❤
greece is a paradise for sure.that country should be protected and rich countries should invested so greece become even better. the greek people are the best ,no need to mention the food.iam in love with that nation.also iam a history nerdo and greece or Hellas is full of that 😍😍

Simos beach on the little island of ELAFONISOS! That has white sand dunes and it is really wide with the most crystal clear blue waters you will ever see in Europe !
@dabbleandtravel I can see why the ionion Island beaches get top marks. Best in country is always debatable and subjective. But navaggio Beach is definitely on my list.
