We have a new Zebra ZD621. Starngely using its own driver prints a smaller minimized text on a 100x63 mm label. Using the old GX430 driver, it is OK. I checkhed the webadmin page of the printer and the maximum width parameter always overwritten to 863, instead of 1200, seems the ZD621 driver overwrites it therefore the printer thinks the label inside is less than 100x63 mm. Using teh GX430 driver it is OK. I tried to contact zebra but it is extremely difficult. Also the 1 inch core label does not fit the core holder it does not fix it so I have to use a smaller core inside the 1 inch core to fix the label roll. I have images but I do not know where to send, on the web it requires to fill pages and pages of data to report to zebra, I have no time for that

They have different models of the ZD621.
