Yo, try this PG13 99 ovr build. SG, 6'9", all-around, any weight (but personally I would go to the least heaviest weight possible), any jumpshot and animations, and for signature skills, on court coach, and any defensive and offensive signature skills. And this is how you get to 99 ovr (not sure if possible on newer generation consoles like PS4 and Xbox 1). Get to 301-310 SP or VC and buy any jumpshot that is priced at 300 SP/VC, and you'll have negative SP/VC. It's guaranteed to work on PS4 and Xbox 360. And if you want to change the rosters in MyCareer, this is how you do it (not sure again if possible on newer generation consoles). Choose a team to have your custom roster on between San Antonio Spurs, Oklahoma City Thunder, and the Phoenix Suns because they are the last 3 teams to pick in the 1st round. Add players you want on your team, and once done, start a new MyCareer file. Get many fouls and turnovers in the rookie showcase. Once you get to the pre-draft interviews, answer all questions by the 2 teams that you don't have your custom rosters on negatively or just answer them badly as possible. But when the team with your custom roster interviews you, and all question positively or just answer the best possible answer. And you can combine these methods to make the best HOF team in 2K14 MyCareer. Hope this works.
So basically, you buy a shot animation with a little more vc than the animation costs and it gives you negative vc depending on the tax amount helps you get attributes and stuff for free.
On this version of 2k14 get your vc balance to 10 or lower and in your next game get a F teammate grade. Don't get any stats and foul out and u will earn negative vc balance
