Believe it was 3rd or 4th floor facing East. I'm sorry, it's been a while so I'm not entirely sure! Perhaps ask the hotel staff or people online.

Tatabusa Express no fade is a good choice for plane spotting if not use just pure plane ENGINE sounds
Raw engine sounds were sadly not an opportunity as this was filmed indoors.
