What are page with redirect ?

So when Google bot tries to access on of your website URLs but the URL says to that bot that I am sending you to this another page.
Google says okay, I respect the instruction but I am going to note this and show you that I was redirected in the search engine report.
And that is why we see these urls in search console marked as pages with redirect.
This bring to another important point, that not all pages with redirect are issue. They are just reminders from Google that these are pages with redirects.
But don’t worry about it if you see very few pages or many pages the solution can be very simple.
2 very important things to understand here
1) these pages are not always error mostly they are to guide you that how google is seeing your site. I will explain this in more detail later in the video.
2) You really not need to worry about everything, but focus on the pages which are submitted by you from the site map.

Hey dear, you need to add the site map manually. It might find out, but official procedure is to submit manually.

Deleted post urls are redirected to homepage url with All 404 Redirect to Homepage plugin, do we still need to setup this in redirections plugin also ? As this url shows error in search console with Page with redirect error.
So do not redirect the deleted pages to homepage, send them to a 404 page with a search box on the page. A detailed video is coming soon on this topic

@@LetsCreateYourWEBSITE see the first time redirect issue got solved for 6 of my articles. But then I wrote 2-3 more articles and then they got redirect issue. Also crawled-but not indexed claimed 6 articles and alternate page with canonical tag claimed 17 articles with mobile web page link means those m=1 pages. And all of them is showing verification failed. Yet when I tested live URL it says. URL is available on Google. Currently I have 24 articles and 18 were indexed but this week it reduces to 17 indexed pages.

I has many page with redirect error i fix all in my website but search console still has the errors , basicall I index my website with non www version , but some pages unfortunately bymistake ha inter linking with www version so that all links causing problem , i also update that internal linkings but earch console not updating it 4 months ago, my problem is i want to remove that erros in search console , is their any way
Hello, so if you have done everything right from your end and how I explained in the video then the only thing you ca do is to wait. I know it's frustrating but it is what it is. GSC can be very slow in updating reports. It took on one of my website almost a year to get the url's gone. And I hope you already updated the site map.

Do nothing that is totally normal. If those url's are not into the sitemap then it's google need to understand that these pages doesn't exist anymore.

my website has a issue of page with redirects. like if my website is .blog, it shows .blog/ with redirect and in that case if i search on google it shows link is unknown. what should i do
redirecting from .blog to .blog/ (or vice versa). This can confuse search engines if not implemented properly. Few things you can do
1) go to settings and general and make sure the site url and site adress are without / .
2) check the .htaccess file if the extra slash is added there.

Even if you didn’t add a redirect manually, some external factors could cause a redirect (like your hosting provider, SSL settings, or incorrect configurations).
1) To verify if your site has an unintended redirect, use tools like:
Redirect Checker
httpstatus.io
2)Verify Your HTTPS and HTTP Settings:
If you have recently set up SSL on your site, check if there's an automatic redirect from to .
Scenario: If your site is now on , but Google is still checking , it may see this as a redirect.
Solution: Ensure that your preferred domain in Google Search Console matches the one you're using (either with or without "https").

yes remove the redirect and with the time google will change it's database and few weeks or month they will be back to normal and the error will be gone.

Much love from California man! I started a local service based business, and I've been the one doing all of my website work. Lately I changed majority of my URL slugs, and on google search console, I keep seeing these "Page With Redirect" notifications there.
I successfully made the 301 redirect links on my squarespace site, and I thought the "page with redirect" thing meant that I was doing it wrong. But since my links are working, you answered my question at 9:20. It seems like in time, that "Page With Redirect" notification on my Search Console will leave on it's own. And as long as the redirects actually work, then everything is fine. Correct?
hey man, thanks for your comment. Much love back from Paris . So yes you got it 100% right. If the proper redirects are set up then you do not need to do anything. With the time the old urls will go away from search console reports. It might take a year in some cases. A google official said to keep the redirects upto 1 year.
Hello Sir thanks for this video. On my website I have 9 pages with redirect on the tab "All known pages" but when I switch to "All submitted pages" there is no link. In my case does that mean I don't have any issue with google indexing my website ?
Hello, yes it seems you have no redirect issues in the submitted pages on the website which is most important thing. Rest check why you have un submitted pages on the site.

In woo commerce websites I changed the product and category page. The product and category page so 404 error should I redirect the url to similar category. And I noticed that if I put some product on private it will be listed in 404 error can you make video on woo commerce search console error. If there is no problem with page with redirect why does it not allowed to pages to be indexed
hello, So in that case you need to set up the redirect to the new relevant pages and keep them untill a year max then you can keep those redirects. Use the plugins as I explained in the video. Yes private can do the 404, better remove then from the sitemap. Watch other videos on series to understand the whole concept about the indexing and management of the pages. there are 5-6 videos but after watching all your queries will be resolved, for now set up redirect to the pages. and yes if there is no issue they are ready to be indexed :)
Hi Brother, your tutorials are helpful, can you assist me to solve a problem that occurred recently on my website. I'm using Kadence theme, my site icon was working fine and was showing in the browser and search result from past 2 years, but suddenly from 2 days it stopped showing in multiple browsers. I have tried switching my favicon and clearing cache but that didn't work. I am also following google favicon guidelines.
Hey brother, so this is an issue needs advance troubleshooting. I cannot give you a solution just by reading about the issue. Go to the source code of the site and see if fav icon is added there ir not. then check the url and open in anew tab if the icon is loading or not. Also if this is an issue with kadence theme, you should have a official fix soon. Rest troubleshoot by deactivating other plugins, like optimization and cdn which can be the cause of this.

hello, well it seems there will be pattern which is making those 1000s or redirect urls. Go to the search console report and analyze what is the issue which is causing that and fix those. really hard to say anything concrete without looking to your website.

Hello brother, so that is not an error, it is something google has to fix as they are just mobile pages. You should ignore that error for blogger, it is not at all negatively impacting your blog SEO. Also watch other videos on search console errors which will globally give you very good idea about understanding such errors .
i have 50 k in Page with redirect all known page but 0 in all submitted pages i close Search appearance only
50k pages, how come ? are they created via AI or some hack happened happened on the site
@@LetsCreateYourWEBSITE The site is based on WordPress and had Wow Commerce and a heavy template installed on it. The template caused problems with loading speed. The site was rebuilt and copies of the old pages were taken by writing a programming code that changes and deletes the word PROUDECT through the HTDOCS file.

hello dear, there can be so many reasons for this.
1) Check first the general wordpress settings if the hohme url and site url are smae with site-name
2) Use really simple ssl to force https the urls.
3) Use a plugin like rankmath to create a sitemap on the site, i have the detialed video.
4) Try disabling the cache plugin to see if that is causing the issues.
