You guys should go to China and maybe somewhere in Africa, that would be cool to see the food in those two places! Oh, and Singapore! Definitely lots of tasty street food and unbelievable hawker food there 😉 Happy New Year! Can't wait to see what you guys get up to next.
Wow, there's so much street food in Poland, I'm quite surprised. My knowledge of Polish food is mostly pierogi, so it's really cool to see what other food they have, and it all looked so good! I might have to go make myself a pizza now, although there's no way it's going to look as good as that massive bread one you guys had 😆 Great video, really loving the Polish food.
That would be a wonderful family trip. We're sure so much has changed in that time. It's such a gorgeous city though. Thanks so much for watching and for your comment 😊
Amazing street food tour guys! Really interesting and enlightening to see that there is so much street food in Poland. I would've never thought Poland as a hotspot for street food, but wow did all of that looked tasty. That pizza bread looked incredible, i love me some dill so i would love that! The grilled sausage also had me going to the kitchen to find some food after watching. Loved the fiery shots as well.
That's amazing Charles 😆! Yeah the street food game is on point here in Poland, definitely a lot of options and everything just so good. Thanks for watching!
Im really happy to discover your channel and you have a lot of joy tasting most popular polish dishes. With you all the best in '25. Do not change yourselves ❤
You should try the traditional 'zapiekanki' from Krakow, which were popular during the communist era in Poland. They were very affordable back then, which made them quite popular. These are open-faced baguettes topped with sautéed mushrooms and melted cheese, often finished with a drizzle of ketchup. They're a delicious slice of history, and I'm sure you'd enjoy experiencing this unique and tasty piece of Polish culture!
Hey guys. To keep things straight kiełbasa is Polish sausage is English. Same thing. Cheese used for pierogi is not cottage one but it’s farmers cheese and in Poland we name it white cheese. Greetings.
Starting any cold day with borscht (barszcz)[beetroot soup] is the king of morale raising. Especially if you have something to snack with it, like that bready-meaty combo, we like the small meat patties. (paszteciki) What I would say, a lot of intense flavours and a lot of it is thirst provoking..so get your water ready! Also, prices for those 'food stalls' are quite brutal. If you have any Polish friends, ask them to make you something, or you will overpay like mad. Nice video.
When I’m from baked stuffed dough was never called pierogi. Pieróg, I guess that was a thing coming somewhere from the east, but never that popular. I guess things have changed a lot.
Hey, you made that mistake by wandering around the city and eating the most expensive food in town, except for the blue Nyska :) Oh, those tourists. You could've had really good meals in Krakow for half the price, but you went to the priciest places. Krakow is cheap as long as you know where to go :) But cool video :) Love it !
You got "A pierogi". Single indefinite article "a", plural pierogi. Neat. You are breaking grammar on step one. Singular is pieróg(p-yeah-roog). Also, this is not a pieróg.This, even if made out of the same ingredients, is no longer deserving of that name. It's like you made a baguette out of ciabatta dough and called it a Chinese Mooncake. Pierogi are about the stuffing and dough, yes. But they are also about the method of preparation and shape. This looks nothing like a pieróg. More like a baguette. And looks baked. Pierogi are either boiled or pan fried. Also... fennel seeds in the dough? Blasphemous. It's not a pieróg. It is an abomination.
Pierogi szwedzkie jako polska kuchnia? Pierwsze słyszę. Polska kuchnia to: barszcz ukraiński, kołduny litewskie, ryba po grecku, śledź po japońsku, fasolka po bretońsku, karp po żydowski, ruskie pierogi, sernik wiedeński, parówki berlinki, kawa po turecku, placek po węgiersku, gulasz węgierski, spagetii po bolońsku, sałatka szwedzka, bułka paryska, pieczeń rzymska, bawarka. Etc.etc.
Trzeba by długo wyliczać. )
@sajuente8235 For sure you live in Poland. Im from here. And I was left my country 2012. Now im back And I know what im Talking about it. Its more expensive for example in german or France. Benefit? What kind of benefit you Talking to? We dont have benefit. Just for chilldren And parents with kids YeS bud not for no working people.
@@movemelody1 Think??? No no no, I tried all of it, Polish, Serbian and 64 other countries. Serbian food on scale to 10, is 15, Polish pierogi is maybe 3, at most. You still have long way to go.
@@nebojsa1976 ha ha ha Each country has a great cuisine and each is very good. It depends on your flavor. If you like Serbian food, it is ok but do not say something is the best because everything is good: Polish, Serbian, French, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Indian, Mexican, etc.
@@Polans-gd Not true. You see, Serbs and Polish are brothers, always have been. Same people, 90% similar food. But, Serbian food 100 times better. Tastier, with soul, and Polish food, well, just empty. No soul. But this is just food, we are still big brothers in other areas.
You are talking about Polish traditional food and you started with Swedish food... LOL Apart that i love your Polish food experience :) You should try more typical Polish food :)
The first place is actually Polish, that's just the name they've given it. The shop has been around for over 40 years 😉 thanks a lot for watching! Glad you enjoyed.
Hey everyone!
Which countries should we visit in 2025?
Thanks for watching and have a Happy New Year! 🎆😊🧡

No piękne miejsca wybraliście. Super i polecam. Aby uzyskać taką cebulkę do pierogów to się ją dusi to nie jest cebula marynowana😊
Obwarzanek is the direct ancestor of the bagel. Jews who emigrated to America took this recipe with them and later adapted it to American tastes.
It's got so much history, we loved trying it here in Krakow :)
@@HungryTwoTravel Obwarzanek has got its own museum in Kraków. You can learn the history of obwarzanek, as well as to make one yourself.

13:37 yes, famous snacks during hunting for mammoths😂
But you know that donuts were eaten even in ancient rome?
We meant a thousand years, since they've been around since the middle ages 🤣 but it didn't come out that way!
Im hungry now 😅

Actually, Florianska street is less than 770 years old. Kanonicza and southern part of Grodzka are about 200-300 years older :)

It's pork is actually a good substitute for deer I think it'll make your hair striaght,to bad thier wasn't actual deer meat to eat in Poland.
