U can get extra copies of lightning spear from Licia of Lindelt, if you keep her alive to the point that you open the shrine of winter door with 4 out of the 4 great souls embraced ( the door to drangleic castle) , or with 1 million soul memory on ur first playthrough, the sorcerer merchant will also sell unlimited copies of his spells.
Really wish i didn't kill her lol. I have to wait for her gravestone to show up now but also don't think I'll be able to get the unlimited lightning spears.

Engraved Gauntlets work with spells, miracles and hexes. It would have been fun to use with Heavenly Thunder since it has so many hits in such a short time. Also, Splitting Lighting Spear is very good if there is a clump of enemies in the distance. It does not hit the same enemy twice but it hits all the enemies once in that clump. So it does what it says, it is like you are throwing 5 Lightning Spears and once. I agree that damage could be a bit higher tho.

Just the viable build variety alone makes DS2 my favourite in the series, I love how you can just use pretty much everything the game hs and have success if done correctly. I wish Miracles and pther forms of magic were at least a bit better in ds3. But awesome vid man, hyped for the hex and sorcery ones, maybe even a pyro?

One other extremely minor buff you could’ve added in here just for raw damage is the Bell Helm. It boosts the power of all chime-casted magic by a slight amount, but with the numbers you were tossing out it definitely would’ve been noticeable. I guess if you ever revisit miracles you have another toy to mess around with.
this is an amazing video and it does always surprise me how good miracles can still be despite how butchered they got in casts and damage NOW SUREm Najka taking only 150+ damage from a GLS, with a +4 dragon chime, at 50 faith... yeah that still hurt to see but i mean if could add things in here as weapon options for a pure faith build, any basic weapon is amazing when given a boltstone. my personal favorite was the mace, but the heide sword wasn't far behind because of the stats needed to just hold it. longsword, dagger, shortsword, axes... if it took less than 15 points i built it and my cleric used it, it was good
Try out majestic greatsword it has the best moveset in the game in my opinion and is artorias sword which already makes it the best weapon in the game it’s my favorite weapon and probably the most fun to use try it out. And make sure to use it in left hand for the special moveset and extra damage,also I think you have to press the parry button to use the the unique attacks but am not sure, keep up the great work!

if you need to farm sunlight medals, theres a miracle you can find in the crypt thats a giant AOE that does INSANE damage to hollow enemies, you can kill almost all the falconers near the bonfire in a single cast. i forget what its called

bro if you gonna try a poison build you should really try the black scorpion stinger with power stance. i was trying to pure melee poison build and it really worked well, it has a good amount of physical and poison damage. it is a really underrated weapon in my opinion.(i wear the sanctum soldier gaunlets and crest of the rat ring too for extra poison damage)

They were definitely OP in Vanilla lol. They've since been hard nerfed, but still do great damage. Super sad for both miracles and sorcery builds.

Sorry man I have a bad habit of talking too fast sometimes, as for the game I do play on x1.5 speed because regular DS2 speed feels too slow for me
