The theory about Pershing's failed experiments being early Snokes is doubly undone for two reasons. One, Pershing in his message states that volunteers were transfused with Baby Yoda's M-rich blood. Note that, volunteers not clones were the failed results of the blood transfusions. Two, Snoke was most likely created by strand casting on Exegol by the Sith cultists sometime before the Fall of the Republic and rise of the Empire since it has been stated in past material that Snoke had seen the fall of the former and the rise of the latter. It is unclear if Snoke was created on Palpatine's order or not.
It doesn't mean that the science couldn't have been appropriated to make Snoke. Even if they're not directly making Snoke, it's definitely a step towards that, intentional or not.
@@PhazonX That's a theory and Gideon's remnant may be the Imperial Rim Remnant that is to go to the Unknown Regions to join with Sloane's remnant to form the First Order. It’s a spacecookie, for all we know it’s made from ground up wompa’s

I love hearing the storm troopers yell "There they are, blast them!"
That moment when you just start searching for this video
Something a 15 year old teenage girl would comment
What we know so far:
1. Mandalorians had been hunted since the Purged
2. There is an increased price and demand for their Beskar...
Theory: what if Gideon is using the beskar on his dark troopers? Dark troopers wearing beskar armor and ability to use the force... a squadron of them will be near unstoppable....
That’s a pretty good theory actually
@@SimplyJohn155 I had the same thought today! And I still agree with it after drinking a bottle of port wine!
Copy paste ass
That would draw the attention of the New Republic
If that were the case, then Herzog wouldn't have hired Mando to bring in Baby Yoda at the cost of more Beskar steel. He might have done the hire, but would have double crossed him at the first opportunity to take both Baby Yoda AND what little beskar Mando had. Or simply use Mando locate the rest of the hiding Mandolorians.

The only way that the Disney Star Wars trilogy could get any worse is if they killed Baby Yoda to set the whole damn thing up.
Oh now come on. There are LOTS of ways they could make it worse. Bring back Lucas for one.
@@michaelmyers8930 Lucas would be better than what kk and rj
@@northernyetigaming8566 I said “for one”, but Lucas ran out of ideas long before he wrote the prequels for teenagers instead of the fan base that began with sitting in the theatre to see A New Hope. He could have written for us and a new generation, but dialogue and plot development is not his thing. Story writing is his thing.
@Daz Mcclean It's already been shown that his "ideas" have changed over time. His ideas for the prequels could have been great, but the delivery was bad. Apparently people forget that. If Favreau had directed the prequels, or even the sequels they would have been better. It's impossible to say whether the sequels would have been good with Lucas at the helm with his ideas. The only thing we DO know is that the prequels failed to deliver what Star Wars fans wanted with him at the helm with his ideas. So it's not a valid argument.
@@northernyetigaming8566 Do you have to be reminded that Lucas gave us 'Midichlorians' as a reward for waiting 16 years for a new Star Wars movie?
I’ve been waiting for this all day

So we aren't gonna talk about the predator handshake? Oh. Alright then...
Can we just take a sec and appreciate how Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni are now going out of their way to save the prequel trilogy after singlehandedly saving the franchise with their incredible leadership
I'd REALLY rather they didn't, and just concentrated on making (keeping) THIS series great.
And the sequel trillogy (with at least some explanations for stuff)
Please, don’t tie The Mandalorian into the Disney trilogy. That would cheapen the series.
2:27 this spy is a Minbanes. Its surprisingly that he is working the Remnant Empire since his world was subjugated for its ore by CIS and later the Empire.
New to this channel, is there always a great “your mom” joke at the end? I was caught off guard haha
You’ll see.
Go watch the previous videos, you'll be delighted.
When baby Yoda and Mando were drinking stew in mando’s ship, mando lifted his helmet to take a sip. I think this shows that he was impacted by Bo-Katan’s Mandalorian culture. Because before he never showed even part of his face.
Possibly, or the raiders are just showing us how he eats and drinks around the child they just never took the time to show the audience before
on a serious note when is the sequels going to be decanonised
Unfortunately it looks like they are leading to a connection to those messes.
@@14bface I mean, I would be all for it if my some miracle this show or another does to the sequels what The Clone Wars did for the prequels, but that is wishful thinking

Gina Carano never fought in the UFC. She fought in Strikeforce.
True. He should have just said MMA fighter.
However Zuffa, LLC, the parent company of the UFC has bought Strikeforce. Carano was scheduled to fight since that time, but fights were cancelled for various reasons.
The original women fighting in cages was Ryan Arey's Mom, so I was surprised by his mistake.
Baby Yoda doesn't have to die. Even the scientist says he took all the blood he could without killing Baby Yoda. They probably want to keep him alive so that they have a constant source of his blood. Don't scare me with these evil thoughts
Its Ashoka that the empire wants, they said that baby Yoda does not have enough blood. So they need someone who is human sized.
*Ahsoka, not Ashoka.
No lol
"I highly doubt we'll find a donor with a higher M-count" is most likely why they went after the child instead of looking for someone else already grown up

Where’s the “that’s your mom” line? Wait, there it is. 😂😂😂
Fuck yeah
11:54 lol, almost didn’t say it again! When you say that, it’s the funniest part of the video!
When you first started talking about the red faced Mimbanese mechanic, I was so ready for the “that’s your mom” joke. Nice fake out
Man i'm really suprised every Werk... So much into these Hidden easter eggs.
Salute Sir 🙌
Not an Easter Egg, but a general observation regarding The Child and Yoda’s species. They both aren’t above using the Force to get junk food. In the novel “Yoda: Dark Rendezvous”, Yoda (disguised as an astromech droid) uses the Jedi Mind trick on a pair of kids to steal their (essentially) French fries and soda. It’s a funny bit and reminded me of the scene in the classroom.
Or when he tries to steal the food from Luke 😂😂
Absolutely awesome work yet again! I would totally follow you into battle!
People online have called this a "filler episode" but they clearly were not paying attention. I too went "Oh sh*t !...Here we go again!" when a new side-quest appeared, but the eventually realized critical importance of the revelations inherent to the side-quest made me appreciate how important it was to the development of the storyline.
Keep up the brilliant work!
This is the way.

Those were macarons (single ‘o’).
My favorite little extension after i watch each breathtaking high octane Mando episode. Thanks for scratching that itch.
What if the mandaloroan leads them to Asoka and they kill her for the midicholorians
its either her or baby yoda... damn it hurts my heart just to think about it :(
that'd honestly be a good end for her. I'm down
She will sacrifice her life for baby yoda so he can train the new Jedi
@@michaelcruz2544 i mean its a good end for her, but i really don't want it to happen. that beeing said, it makes perfect sense, but it upsets me that they might just kill her off because they forgot to put her on the sequels

Godamnit the mom joke always gets me... as always great breakdown! I love how much you use small clips to actually show these easter-egg connections, instead of just telling us "this is from Ep4 remember?"
I don't think those clones are Snoke (or Palpatine), I think Moff Gideon trying make his own force-sensitive troops.
Me too I think his project will be jacked my some one for Palp and snokey.
Definitely a connection tho. Even if it’s unrelated, wayy too much connective tissue to just be a coincidence
I sure hope it isn't snoke or palp
@@lvx4408 let's be honest here, is obviously going to lead to that in a way, while it could also be it own thing considering there's a lot of jedi out there like ezra, Cal, and powerful enemies like admiral thrown this will all connect to the sequels in a way.
Love it...thank you for the explanations...I missed most of these references!!!

Am I the only one who noticed that the Baby Yoda with the wires scene is a call back to Han/Chewie fixing the Falcon in empire strikes back?
The alien fixing Mando's ship has nothing to do with Ochi from episode IX, however he is the same species as Gunny, your commanding officer in the video game Star Wars Squadrons.
This was the best episode so far. I've been watching for this video.

One thing I noticed was when the rebel pilot was talking to Cara, a very similar theme to the Resistance’s theme was playing in the background.
I refuse to believe that baby yoda will die in the show

great breakdown. loved the episode. keep up the great work
The theory about Pershing's failed experiments being early Snokes is doubly undone for two reasons.
But as I said before Snoke has been around longer since at least 22 BBY to 19 BBY. The Mandalorian takes place around 9 ABY. The prevailing theory that connects with the Dark Trooper style armor or droid frames at the end is that Moff Gideon is trying to infuse Dark Trooper armor-clad soldiers with Jedi reflects. Of course, we will have to wait and see what develops beyond what we have seen so speculating is fine just with cation so that we don't disappoint ourselves as many did when TLJ came out.
Lol off course palps ordered it...wtf
how amazing is it that these guys can put out a video this quickly
got a question. In the scene where baby yoda steals the maccarons he says the words batuu it can either mean "thank you" in his language or he was referring to the planet batuu??
Or it’s just baby gibberish

When the maurarder smashes through the hanger bay, you see some crates with a big circle in the middle, at 24:02 of the episode, I remember seeing those same crates all over Shadows Of The Empire on the N64. They might have been in other video games as well.
These crates are everywhere. Clone Wars, Rebels, Star Wars video games...

FOR THE EMPEROR *SOUNDS OF BOLTER FIRE*
there's a bit of the musical score that sounds like the first two or three notes of Rey's Theme on a loop. it plays twice: first at 7:46 (with 30:30 left in the episode) and then again AT the actual 30:30 mark.
I was really hoping you’d bing up the THERMAL DETONATOR that the scout trooper was gonna use I play a lot of battlefront when I seen that I thought something bad was gonna happen
Imploder, the detonators are round.
I don't know where you guys got thermal imploders/detonators from. Those are smart ion grenades
You can hear a few notes of (or an homage to) the Rogue One theme when Dune and Teva are talking at the end of the episode. Of course, this theme is itself lifted from the score of ANH when Obi-Wan is trying to enlist Luke to go with him to Alderaan and join the rebellion.
Dark-troopers also appeared in Rebels.
Exactly with Thrawn
Those were Imperial Sentry Droids.
They were Death-Troopers in Rebels.
Imperial sentries dude
The sound of the convor echoing before Ahsoka makes her moves in the beginning of the episode. Just something I noticed watching the episode the second time.
Baby Yoda won't die because no way he's the only one with a high enough midi chlorian count for Palpatine.

i think din ultimately saving the child from palpatine is going to be used to explain why he was so weak in his clone body in episode 9

I'm guessing moff gideon is planning create some imperial Battle droids. Because that's what Mando previously hated.

excellent work on this one guys.
I think Moff Gideon is just trying to clone force sensitive troopers rather than Snoke.
It's why there are multiple.
Exactly what I’ve been thinking. 👍
The "Resistance" theme plays near the end when the pilot gives the rebel medallion to Cara !
I noticed this too! I'm surprised it wasn't mentioned
I hope they don’t tie this series into the sequel trilogy. I couldn’t watch that.
I think Asoka’s blood will be what creates Snoke..
could Asoka be Palpatine's baby momma?
@Joe Master nope, in the rise of skywalker novel it says that palpatine's son is just a failed palpatine clone. That means palps never even had a wife most likely.
@@tot4lrand0mness59 yeah but they really traumatized the film's audiences with the implied notion that palps procreated with a woman. the character in the film could have so easily referenced a clone was Rey's father. hell, this comment sounds a whole lot more interesting and compelling that the finished product that we got in the film. thanks for sharing the novel material here though. i forget about that book most the time, and i havent got time to go through it, and i'm not planning on making any time either. tbh. Thanks again.
Just from a pure business perspective: If Favreau and Filoni are somehow linking The Mandalorian to the disney trilogy, they are heading into a dangerous way. They are going to alienate (again) a huge part of the fan base, which came back for this show.
When you are right, you are right. I’ll stop watching the series if it ties into the sequel trilogy.
They won’t kill off BY ! He’s too valuable as a money making merchandise.
I’d be shocked if the did. Merchandise alone is probably a gold mine
Love the poster on the wall to his right, The Warriors us a classic and such a very good movie. It made me live NYC as a kid
Dear god in Heaven I hope this doesn't dovetail with the Sequels...
Seriously. That would be so disappointing. They already ran the sequel trilogy into the ground, must they do the same to the Mandalorian.
@@pearlsandstars829 This won't age well when the series begins to tackle the origin of the First Order. Jon Favreau has said in an interview that they are going to explore the origin of the First Order. Hell, one of the Imperial Officers even said; "you will be well rewarded in the new era" which totally means they are talking about the sequel era and the First Order's reign. And the fact that they are working on force-sensitive clones. So eat on that.
@@HenryLouis21 honestly it's boring since they are just gonna lose in the future his reward is nothing but shallow victory

My favorite realization / find / quasi-easter-egg from the episode: The design of the Base. I remember on first viewing thinking "That looks familiar... Ah yes! It's like the base in Rogue One!" But it wasn't until my second viewing (now knowing what was up, there) that I thought "Well of course it's like the base in Rogue One: It's a research installation! Just like the Death Star design base in Rogue One." 😮🤯
