Do you have to put in the infrastructure to record calls and all that other stuff or into the appointments handle trivial things like that?

I’ve been in insurance for over 20 years and finally decided to open my own agency. I’m leaving State Farm!!! I have been contacted by a company that wants $40K for their cluster of appointments. I would love some direction or advice. (In Ohio)
