I can so relate! I had to go no contact with most family decades ago. But they hunt me. Just this week, my jealousy infested, narcissistic brother created a fake Linked In account, and left HORRENDOUS comments about me. Of course I blocked this account and reported it, but I don’t think that linked in does anything that will protect me. So, even though I have been actively looking for a job since January, I had to hibernate my account, because who knows what else he would try to do. I wish they would just do their own work instead of trying to ruin me. It’s not necessary, and although I am no contact,I would never publicly shame and character assassinate.

This is wild. I had a private practice before I moved 2 years ago. I taught some classes on how I conduct an energy healing session along with reiki attunement. A “friend” had her own aesthetics business and after hearing me tell her of my plans (just before my private practice opened), she decided she wanted to go the holistic route as well and oriented her business toward this and took my class. I received one of her business's newsletters one day and she had a whole thing about “the unique session I created.” then proceeded to describe the session that I formulated and taught her. I was FLOORED!! She had many more clients than I had and she was more well known for being an excellent aesthetician. I had to unexpectedly relocate to a different state (in the US) shortly after. Before I left, it seemed like she was actively trying to become me in that way. Steal what my experience, work, and intuition created and I haven’t re-opened my practice or practiced energy healing sessions since. Recently, I have been thinking of private practice again.
The lesson is…don’t share your ideas moving forward and the key is Forgiveness! Dust yourself off and try again and you will have Success and Victory!

I so wish I knew for sure this was what was happening to me. Every time things are going good something happens and after the cloud of smoke fades a little it always seems to be steamed from family members talking gossip. I have a different thought and the phone pinging, was your Reading pulling attention and them giving you contact right when you were Reading ping, ping. Thank you for confirmation of my intuition. A “friend” tried to replace me in my job, my marriage, my actual presence. That was long ago but it opened my eyes. I’ve been thinking I’m just being paranoid but the same kind of uncomfortable feeling has been nagging me & the same three people always come to mind. As far as I know, they are not connected to each other so they seem to be operating individually. I feel more validated now that I know it’s not just me feeling vulnerable.
