- Come thrifting with me at Goodwill while I look for things to sell on EBAY and Amazon FBA to make money. There is a lot of "junk" in Goodwill stores, but many times, hidden within that "junk" there's treasure. Items worth sometimes hundreds of dollars. It's good to know what is valuable and what will sell on eBay so you can spot the deals. Once you find the the profitable items, resell them on Mercari, eBay, Poshmark, Facebook Marketplace, or Etsy. Reselling isn't easy, but can be very rewarding.

I'm Wick and I am a reseller for a living. I find things at garage sales, thrift stores, and even clearance at retail stores to sell. I do online arbitrage, retail arbitrage, and buy locally. While the majority of my business is done through Amazon FBA, I also sell on eBay or anywhere else I can flip the junk that I find.
I also trade stocks and futures, do affiliate marketing, and Merch by Amazon to make money online. My goal is to live a free life away from the typical 9-5 job.

Q: What Apps do you use to sell online (eBay and Amazon)?
A: I search the eBay sold and completed listings to get an idea of what products are selling for. I use the Amazon Seller App to scan for FBA.
Q: Can you make a living selling online?
A: Yes, the difficulty is based on how much effort you put in and how much you need to make each month. I do this full time.
Q: Where do you find your clearance products to resell?
A: Literally everywhere. Check end caps and look for clearance aisles, but mostly it will be mixed in. Ask a manager if there's any good clearance deals and build a relationship if possible.
Q: Do you make a full-time living selling online?
A: I do. All my bills are covered, I'm able to save a good amount, and put money back into the business. I also do other things to make money, but reselling is the meat. It takes a lot of work and dedication to make a full-time living reselling.

I found out today the importance of putting an item in your cart before looking it up. A guy reached across and snatched up a Thunderbirds vintage ship.

I'd say always check for Newly put out cross stitch kits. I find super solid ones all the time. Look for Demensions Branded. ESPECIALLY ones that say Gold Collection dimensions kits. I think the gold Collection ones are always black Packaging. Then bucilla branded ones. Janylnn branded ones look cheepy but they got some that are super good. There's some good Bernat ones but I don't see those as often.

Yes. I have bought cables. I bought a non working Sony dram machine for $3. Oem power supply worth about $20. I always buy oem PS XBOX and Nintendo cables if they’re cheap. Just take them to the local game shop and double my ,money. Quick flip

You should have picked up that box of Ball canning jar rubbers.
As a person who is into canning I can tell you that they don't make or sell those anymore and there are a lot of people who still have the older style jars that require these.
You could have probably sold those in the first couple of days

Those Disney PVC figures - looks like you can make the most money splitting them up into lots of 3-5 or even selling individually. The gummi bears as a lot of 4, looks like an easy ten bucks right there. Rescue rangers as well. Darkwing duck might sell on it's own for $5-6. Definitely break them up for max profits.
With how huge his death pile is, it’s not worth the time splitting up things like that individually to sell for $5 each

I am thinking that good stuff at thrift stores has got to be regional. I watch a lot of the reseller channels and they always find good stuff. All of the Goodwills in my area are overpriced and have very little stuff. I went to a local thrift store the other day and I saw a new sealed Sony Walkman. I thought, FINALLY, a good find. Then I saw the price was $99.99. On my way out, I saw an old "brick" Motorola flip that we all had at some point or another. It was $75. I am going to have to just live vicariously through Wick when it comes to doing the reseller thing.
It's based on region and it's employee based. If you got employees pricing things crazy, then it can be hard to shop there.

I went to a very small thrift store a few days ago, I don't go often.. Prices are kinda high. Anyway, they've rearranged the store, when you walk in... You are greeted by some very nice shoes and purses, very eye catching! So, I look at the prices. Omg!! Used purses for 140.00 and shoes for 80.00 and up..

Only reseller or of few, I know that still flip out of Goodwill with videos, when garage sale season is in high and much more cheaper. However, he makes more than I do. So...... I guess if it's broke don't fix it I just like seeing yard & garage sales more.
I do both. Garage sale season is in it's final stage in this area. Still got lots of garage sale videos coming, but I still stop in Goodwill when there's not any

Goodwills in south Louisiana are getting worse by the day. Literally overpriced trash. Only way to get lucky and find anything is goodwill employee comping something wrong. Anything of value goes to goodwill auctions

I can, but I made my account over 10 years ago and a lot has changed. It's a lot harder for new sellers and I don't know the best way to get started nowadays.

Hey, I have a question. Do you know how you say be on the lookout for fire king mugs? Well, I happen to have fire, King Glass dishware. Is it worth anything? Please let me know as I have no idea if just the mugs are desired and not the glass dish ware?
They are not as valuable as the mugs, but some pieces can be pretty good. It just depends on color and style etc.
