      That's a big advantage LR has over bigger nearby cities like Dallas and Memphis. The outdoor life in LR is fantastic.

    Hi, I lived in Cabot for three years after hurricane Katrina , and I would like to move back to the area. I recently evacuated to Little Rock area last year for a week and a half. The traffic was crazy in the sense that everyone drove soo fast and reckless especially with lots of construction going on. Large trucks just flying on the streets 80 plus MPH. My friend said this has been happening since Covid . It was sooo scary and honestly worried me. What’s your take?

    • @SoldWithNicholas
      @SoldWithNicholas  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I agree, and it can get scary! I find that many people speed on the Interstate for reasons unknown…especially on I-630. The speed limit is 60, but most people drive 75+ mph. Most interstates are 65 or 70mph but people drive 80. I’ve learned to adapt to it. The speed limits should be raised 5-10 mph on most highways. Just be careful because you can get fined for speeding, especially in construction zones. When I don’t feel like going with traffic, I stay in the far right lane. I hope this helps!

    does Arkansas have vehicles property tax and what is the percentage if it does?

    • @SoldWithNicholas
      @SoldWithNicholas  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Vehicle property tax is 20% of the vehicle’s assessed value. The rate depends on the county.

      Rock Creek, Pleasant Valley, and Leawood Heights are good neighborhoods to look in. West Little Rock is a great area, but you will also find that Central Little Rock has a lot of safe areas as well.

    Where did the video about crime in Little Rock you said was coming soon at the end of 2020 go? I was raised here and went to k-12, returned for my career. I would not live here if not in a nice neighborhood with plenty of ammunition and reliable firearms and my big fluffy super cuddly to us German Shepherds.
    You bungle the professional sports teams too, the Travelers are a AA Professional Baseball Team for the Seattle Mariners in the MiLB. I can't post links they'll just get removed but just google "are minor league baseball players professionals" and you'll have your answer.

      That doesn't sound very good. I think I'll pass on the job in little rock. Hoping to live outside of the city but I don't want to work in a dangerous place. I think I'll stay in my over priced town in Tx for now.

      Mind you I was indoctrinated from birth to operate firearms and dogs, boats, cars and trucks, construction equipment etc.
