Too true. I played this game a lot(and still do) and I agree that divebombing AI can be annoying at times,but you just have to adjust your line into the corners and you should be fine.

First race Raikkonen crashed into the back of me. Second race after starting second I had a half spin and while I was recovering back to the track Michael tore my rear-right off. Apart from that, its great - having lots of fun!
You are not enough concentrated at some points! You got your corner cutting penalty nearly each time at the same turn! And you can't continue with the same driving approach that you use to have in F1 2015 within F1 2006, otherwise you won't be successful.
Stop playing the fucking game if you get pissed off about getting divebombed and corner cut penalties when you don't freaking learn from your mistakes!
I used to play the hell out of this game. Some tracks the AI is much slower than others (i remember Bahrain was one - and you could indeed challenge for the win there - pretty sure Montreal, Hungary and Nurburgring were among the others but i can't remember exactly) so you really have to max your results in those tracks to have even the slightest hope of winning the title in a 'Q2' standard car. The really big problem with this game is that the AI is always really fast in Q3, like they cheat and ignore the fuel loads or something.
Viewers shouldn't just bash the guy then if he provides entertainment. I agree with him 100%. Everyone thinks they can do better and maybe some can, so go make your own is what he meant.

Or if you refuse to get better - restart the race till you have a decent result, don't show us this crap, you're better than this. I bought this game couple weeks ago (thanks to you, I don't regret a thing) and I'm doing really, really well. Well, at least I won the championship on medium with Torro Rosso and I'm consistently scoring points on hard difficulty. It's not that hard and for you it should be much easier. Get yourself and this series together, we believe in you.
Hey Ben, if you want help in doing this series, just think that you're playing an open lobby in current f1 games with crazy divebombing online drivers rather than AI... It should help you in thinking that you actually need to defend your lines.

You need to do better in these races because it is not very interesting to watch you battling for 13th place. As a long time viewer I really want to see you at the top of the podium if not near it. People don't want to invest 13 minutes for 13th place.
Also. listen to the rest of your audience telling you to look in your mirrors. I don't even have mirrors because I play the 06 game now more than the championship edition. I look behind. use your mirrors and take the inside line

You need to block the ai sometimes (take their line in the corner). they'll dive bomb you but won't run you over from behind. That and find a way to get the power down earlier mid corner. I've seen it work for me before.

Zero laps of fuel means an actual full lap of fuel, always add one more lap to the number that says there.
If you get a penalty & someones right with you let them passed quick then you don't get a penalty

use a non linear steering setting. easier to learn that way.
