Same content with Gerald Undone should be 2mn30s ! 😂. Thanks Nicco, your review is very helpful for me. Can't wait the RF version of the TSE 17mmF2.8 for my Canon R5 (much more pricy I guess but with a Tilt functionality).
Great video Nicco. Thanks a lot for sharing this information. I've been waiting for this announcement because I am considering using this lens with my Fujifilm GFX100S for landscape and architectural photography.
Not mamy people know what is named "sticky tape". It's a band with glue on it that will not necessarily dry nor leave traces when removing it. I'm always amazed how many photographers still dont know of it nor have their legendary practical creativity to have created it again. But I hope You get by now what it could be for in context of DOF etc.
Hi!! One Question Nicco, I have bought the Laowa 20mm f/4 Zero-D Shift for my SONY A7M4, but when I try to join 3 images I lose sharpness in lightroom, the result is bluried and i am a bit disappointed. How do you obtain that sharp images, even at ninght. Many thanks and congratulatios for your videos.
Hi Roberto! Are you combining them as a Panorama? There are many factors to consider such as focusing, the overlap of frames, as well as camera settings. You can maybe send me a DM on instagram so I can help you figure it out.
Very superficial. No reporting of corner or general sharpness, micro contrast, coma, etc. Nor explaining why You might want to prefer f11 to f16, what if You where buying a 14mm instead and crop into it, Nodal point consideration, not even about how to avoid (what) by considering shifting the camera but not the lens, shift adapters for MF lenses, You know, saying all these things landscape photographers know about. Or do they ? Hey, never mind ! We only want to impress those that we can manipulate, right? So goes YT business.
I'm sorry but that can't be called "correction of perspective". You are deforming the perspective in order to make the lines straight which gives an unnatural and wrong look. It's not correct.
Thank you Nicco, I really appreciated this video and I will be adding this later this year. Best from Mexico!
Excellent review. Mine should be arriving in another week. 🙂
Hope you enjoy it!
thanks for this review. Besides the content, I very much like the calm way in which you speak.
Thank you so much, Heiko! I really appreciate that

Not specific enough...

@Daniel Alvarez Sure; how could You have considered these griefs yourself.
He did mention corner sharpness at different apertures.
