Trudeau could have called an early election and stopped the bleeding but he is too arrogant to realize in canada a politician has a ten year lifespan and his time is up. Now he is going to cost the party urban centre's. Saint Paul is the strongest liberal riding in the country and it is surrounded by ridings that are usually close voting patterns. If Toronto can flip then the liberals should really worry about Vancouver because most of the ridings are close according to polls.
