    experiencing exactly the same infinite boot loop sequence as in your video... tried all the reset options I found on the internet, and attempted some random ones ;-) I also tried while connected on the computer and garmin express... finding your video is a good news that I am not alone or stupid, and a bad news for the quality of that product. I have a fenix 6X (not solar).

    My Fenix 6 pro is not responding and stuck in the triangle. Bought at the end of 2019. Assistence offered to replace it for 200 euro. Today a newone costs around 400 euro. My next watch will not be a Garmin !!!

    I have same problem 2 years and 4 months. Death!!!! Change battery working only one day . No more Garmin !!!!

    Same problem. I bought a Fenix 6 pro 3 1/2 years ago. The 1st watch died after 2 years (just outside of warranty). Had to pay £150-200 for a replacement/reconditioned watch 13months ago. That has also done the same thing (triangle of death).
    No more Garmins for me!!!

    A £500+ piece of kit last only 2 years is just not good enough. Garmin deserve to lose all their customers if they don’t sort this out. I have a 6 Pro Solar, and if I don’t get a good few years out of it, I won’t buy another Garmin product again.

    Fenix 6x saphire pro solar user. The watch overheated after 6 months and burnt my wrist. Garmin replaced it for a new one, no question asked except if I was going to sue for injury ... the new watch died in one year, 6m after warranty expiry. Garmin does not respond nor offer any solution. I am vaccinated with Garmin now.

    Same here. i got mine 2,5 years ago and this just happend to me. I had it frozen on the trianglar for a couple of days and just left it be for a week. Now it started up again fortunately!

    I had the same experience with a Fenix 6X pro. After the last update as beta tester I had no possibility to charge it again. The proposal is to simply replace the watch for more than 200€.

    I have the Fenix 6 Sapphire and similar issue. Software Update v25.10 at the start of March 2023 and the watch hasn't worked properly since. Contacted Garmin support, followed their suggestions, reset the watch, connected to laptop etc., but no joy, the watch doesn't work properly anymore. Garmin claim there was no issue the software update and advised I can pay the standard £175 for a refurb as 2 months out of warranty. Terrible customer service and will never buy Garmin again.

    Yep, I've had a Fenix 6 Pro Solar where the solar died, 2 months out of warranty, so then I paid $249(?) to get the replacement. The replacement arrived and within a couple of months, the solar died again. Have just sent it back again....waiting to see what happens next....

    I had same problem with Fenix 5x ... it won't work without charger ... i called service and they said that they can't repair it . Big shame for Garmin , I'm returing to the Suunto use .

    I have the same problem with the 945. First it got disconnected from my phone and would not pair, then it would not keep time when connected via Garmin express and then after I set it to change last night, woke up to a frozen screen and on re-boot it is stuck on the opening triangle icon and does not go any further. Watch is less than 2 years old . Have raised a ticket with Garmin and if I end up spending any money, this will be last time I buy a Garmin product.

      Me too.. able to wake up after software update via garmin express. Dead again after night charging. Now wont connect to garmin express & stuck on the triangle 😢

      @@nadhar1154 Your watch is dead. Walk into garmin and they will.give you a replacement at roughly 25% of original.value. it will be a brand new watch without straps.

    It's been 1.5 years since I bought the watch and I'm having the same problem. I have given it to technical service now and I am following the process. I hope they provide free replacement.

    My first fenix 6x pro stopped connecting to internet, and would bug out… so they sent me a replacement and this is happening to it and I’ve had the replacement for a week. They’re now sending me another one as of now but this seems to be an issue with their older models and it seems like they haven’t addressed this issue

    I had the same issue today after using my watch for 2 years, fenix 6x solar and Garmin offered me a refurbished one at a price of $300 CAD and 90 days warranty!! Could not believe that! What a shame.

    Same issue here. Fenix 6 won't respond to any button pushes and stays frozen. Reset gives me a triangle. No repair option on the website, only purchasing a new one or an exchange if still under warranty. This happened two years into the brand new watch, which is not good enough. Won't buy again.

    Got a Fenix 6 pro which is now stuck on the boot triangle too :/ Sad really. It was a champ for years after first toying with apple watches. Got a cheap mechanical watch for now but not sure if I'll ever spend another 6-700 for one.

    I have had a Forerunner 935 for almost 10 years. It abandoned me by constantly rebooting with the blue triangle. I switched a couple of months ago to the Fenix 7X solar. Let's hope for the best. My wife spent 580€.

    Funny,
    I have fenix 6x sapphire and after updates 12.00 is only worst and worst, now I have 26.00 soft ver. And my watch freeze every few days or every few hours depend of the weather.
    I was thinking maybe I install some facewatch or app doing this crashes...
    But I now see that Garmin is using the update to worsen the product. maybe fenix 7 didn't sell so well

    Similar issue - Garmin Tactix Delta Sapphire 2.5 years of use. Brilliant when it works but the watch is dead now
    Update: contacted Garmin and the will send new watch as a replacement free of charge.

    Fēnix 6x sapphire user here. As i see, this Garmin problem is a global issue. I couldn't connect my watch to phone awhile ago via Bluetooth. I reset my watch a million times in all different ways, no luck. Then i took my watch to garmin service - they said, we can't fix that, all we can do is - pay 280eur and get another watch - used. As i see, that's their universal answer. I was desperate because i really used my watch for trainings as a tool. At the end i could fix my problem with a long press top left button, by holding it fir approx 25sec. BUT the compass iss still frozen and doesn't work. I have a hope, that after some updates, i will fix that problem. How many reset combinations you know?

    My dad has a tactix Delta Solar which he purchased late September 2022, he has switched it off at work for only 6 days and now he has the triangle of death, the only thing that works is it switches off holding the Light button, no other buttons or combos do anything, £1000 in three months he is devastated as he's been using the watch for training for he's first half marathon #garmin

    Ok, so now +1. Today or happened to me too... The display got stuck on a notification, then I restarted it. It tried to boot, but got stuck on loading maps. Then restarted again and since then it is keep on restarting like in the video above... Tried all kinds of restarting methods, but I've got tired, I have to accept it's dead now. The above comments convinced me...

    Got the same issue with my Garmin fenix 6 saphire after a software update, it kept indicating dodgy time and would not sync time properly, and at some point during another software update, it just went into a infinite cycle of black screen and blue triangle. Connected on the charger or not. I tried all the recommended tricks to get it going again but nothing worked. My very Expensive watch (well over 1000 euros) worked about 3 years ... A lot of money for a nice "smart" warch that works only sloghtly longer than its planned warranty. That's it I have already bought far too many garmins over the years, and all have ended up with a failing electronic part. Garmin is probably designing its products with some kind of Programmed obsolescence like many other so-called high tech manufacturers these days. But this bunch of crooks won't fool me again, they will never get a dime from me ever, and i will ensure they get the publicity they deserve. They just need to be slapped by more capable and honnest competitors.

    I have the Garmin Tactix 7 pro solar, yesterday i went for a run in Melbourne Aus, not too cold around 1 degree or so about 1 km in i look at he face and it is completely dead wont restart no triangle or anything. #garmin

    Same issue with the Quatix 6X solar. 2yrs 3 months old, tried all the options to fix, rang garmin and took the offer of an out of warranty exchange £204 90 day warranty and two weeks later the new watch has the same issue , how common is this issue ? They are sending another one out to me but if this is an issue then I’m not feeing the confidence for post 90 days when the new 3rd one turns up 😢

    Found this video, my Garmin Fenix 6pro suddenly died. It only turns on when it's charging. Battery is working really well and doesn't drain fast but suddenly died..What a bummer!

    Garmin over charges for their product. Iam seeing people lose money in these Fenix watches and some other Garmin products. I gave my Enduro 2 cause I just couldn't justify the cost. Went back to my Watch 5 pro but I am rocking a simple Garmin instinct 2x Solar but the wrist gesture barley works 🤦🏾‍♂️. I need Casio forever quality. Sorry that happened to you. The eco system is what your paying into they are using Apples logic 🙄

    I bought one used it approx 10 times and forgot to recharge it tried today and now own a £600 brick. Thank god a don’t use Garmin dive computer’s then - pretty shoddy is all I can say

    Tenho exatamente o mesmo problema com o fenix 6x pro e aqui no Brasil não temos garantia Garmin o q torna ainda pior o meu caso. Na empresa que representa a marca pediram pra enviar o relógio pra eles mas que o concerto poderia chegar ao valor de um novo. Até agora parece que está sem concerto esse problema eu não enviei o relogio.

    Me acaba de pasar lo mismo con un Garmin Fenix 5, me salió una bolita color blanca muy pequeña en la parte inferior de la pantalla y empezaba a tocar los botones como que si se le hubiese entrado agua y afectado el software. Una pena Garmin
