I came to the conclusion that when you're becoming more advanced in learning a language it's far better to be taught by native speaker rather than by the teacher from your native country. There were many grammar aspects that I was unable to comprehend even though I was taught by good english teachers in Poland. When I began to watch LetThemTalkTV videos I understood them within minutes.
Thank you for your lessons, they're not the usual grammar or pronunciation lessons, you dive deeper and I believe you can be a source of inspiration for teachers as well

Arty-farty is an adjective, hush hush is used as a verb in the imperative as well as an adjective, knick-knacks as a plural noun and riff-raff as a singular noun. So we have to be all ears. When I went to a Russian school a long time ago being a ten-year-old child, our English teacher constantly used "hush-hush" even without having explained to us what "be quiet" means, not to mention the meaning of the former expression. She was very advanced, ha ha.
