In case of Shai class, I used 57% HP recovery by potion/ HP recovery by hit and evasion about 400 and MP recovery about 20%. Regarding summer rain: It's the succession skill of Shai class. So, you should clear the quest about the heritage of Sherekhan.
Although the Phantasma class has received a damage buff, the efficiency of the Dosa and Askeia classes is still too overpowered, so it’s hard to place much significance on the buff. Despite the damage buff, it's hard to find players who are still playing the class... I want to try it too, but the cost of switching classes is too high, so it's difficult to give it a shot.
Although there was a patch that buffed assassin-type classes, it feels like Kunoichi has become more prominent rather than making the Sura class significantly stronger. Both the Sura and Hashashin classes received the same buff, but it's still hard to find many players using them. If I get the chance to play the Sura class later, I’ll personally experience it and upload a video about it.

@@IRIS_SoulE I saw on the korean patch notes that there was going to be some big sura buffs. A lot more PVP damage.

I used 44% MP recovery but I recommend MP recovery imprints about 30%
