@@nashiacyriaque6660 I actually was having the same issue and finally figured it out. Had an old Samsung soundbar and remembered all buttons needing to be double clicked before the factory reset sequence. Applied the same to the beats and BINGOOOOOOOO!!!!!
Thanks very helpful I found out that the battery connecter wasn't plugged in correctly... And after pressing it in, the light started to turn on and now everything is working fine😌 didn't even need a new battery 😅👌🏾
Thank you! Considering the shape of the pads I wouldn't be all that worried about making a scratch 😆. However the kit in the Amazon link includes a separating tool.
i replaced my battery and it still wont turn on. the previous battery seems to be a bit puffy and is emitting a sour smell. im wondering if it fried the circuit somehow.
I need help my Beats won’t turn on so when I open up the headphones and I see the connector plugged in, that’s when I plug it out. Then when I plug it back in again that’s when the lights start turning on, but I start seeing all the flashing lights then a red light flashing. But all the lights go away after and I’m left with one white light on the headphones. Does this mean my battery is dead?

If it flash a red light does it mean I need to change the battery, I have the Solo Beats 3

This video made me my girlfriend’s hero, thanks bro! lol
God bless you! I just fixed my headphones. I was seconds away from ordering a new pair.
This was really helpful, you made me feel like a genius. Thank you. You just saved me possibly hundreds of dollars.
Thank you very helpful, I would suggest using a plastic prying tool so you don’t scratch up the headphones.

Thanks for showing this , also you should replace them ear pieces too! 😮
I ordered the battery you linked to and it was too thick so I had to return it.
Interesting, in my solo 3 the plug is glued so it is not easy to remove without tearing it appart!
Same
Same here. While replacing the hinge I did a real scrappy job just melting the glue off with a soldering iron
Same bro
Yeah went very gentle with a soldering iron then Stanley knife. Was so hard.
Does the connection of the battery had to get hot?
Thnk you very much nw are workinf

They have added glue to keep you from doing this now.
