my sister convinced me when I was like 10 -12 ish year old and she was in her early 20's late teens to watch the movie " I still know what you did last summer " and we watched it in the dark then all the sudden at one of the scarriest parts the door bell rings ( we lived just outside a small town ) and my sister grabs a floor lamp and creeps to the door and it was just a pizza delivery guy for out neighbour who lives back by the water more so it hard to see his house and was looking for his adress the scares part was it was raining outside and in the move so the guy was in a dark coloured rain coat with the hood on just like in the move. So Mark do you think a cheese board is weirder then a floor lamp ...?

I think I experienced PTSD watching this! I used to work in a retirement village (independent living) and would do a lot of sleep overs. After 10pm we had to stay in a sleepover bedroom until handover at 8am (except for any emergency call outs to the units). On a couple of occasions the alarm in the community centre (where the sleepover room was) went off and it is the exact same sound as the one in this video. The alarm was going off for NO reason and I could never get back to sleep after it. It always freaked me out so much. My heart was racing with anxiety while you told that story. One day someone at work had the alarm go off on her too but she brushed it off as a spider going across the sensor or something. I never thought about a logic explanation for it hahaha!

I'm from the US....if you leave whitening stuff on too long it strip the outer enamel of the teeth and can make them more sensitive. if you have these products there I would recommend them. they taste nasty but will make you feel better and rebuild enamel slowly. Sensodyne Proenamel brush with and then Gel Kem made by Colgate after you brush use it then spit out resisdue. Then Don't rinse!!! :) the gel Kem here is behind the counter at the pharmacy but not a prescription. Hope you feel better.
