"The hen house will be chirping!" Happy for you buddy! This is an exciting & informative video. You are looking so healthy & clear. It was also fascinating to hear about your hormone fluctuating/replacing process. Good luck dude!

Wanting to be a parent is what is keeping me from saying with 100% certainty that I want to go back on T. I am 26 yrs old, was on T for a couple of months earlier this year, and went off T around late March. I hadn't had many changes at that point so going off T wasn't as hard for me as it seems to have been for you. I just keep thinking to myself, maybe if I hold off on T long enough, I will just have children myself. I don't think I could ever afford egg harvesting and keeping them frozen and all that stuff.

Thank you so much for sharing this process with us- as I am transman as well -With that said, parenting and being a parent - is something that means a lot to me. Down the road - I want to preserve my eggs, so that down the road- if I wanted to have a biological child, then Ill have the option available. I would love If you felt comfortable & would want to keep us updated on own personal journey with doing fertility preservation- as these videos give myself, as well as others whom are interested in this process, much insight with this procedure! :) Thanks for sharing! I look forward to watching your future youtube videos.

how incredibly brave you are! what a journey! so glad you are sharing this thank you. l do feel the loss of a child, although l could never have carried one, l would have liked to have made one using my eggs. however, it just was not a viable option for me. it's the hardest part of transition l think, the sacrifices we have to make. l wish you all the best for a very happy and full hen house!

definitely awesome to see this video. that has been the one thing that has made my stomach in knots starting my transition. unfortunately my health insurance doesn't cover anything trans related. i feel i should move out of texas to have access to better heath insurance that would cover this. looking forward to more videos!

Could they harvest the eggs through doing a hysterectomy in which they remove the ovaries too? Or are you not going to get a hysterectomy (any time soon)? Just wondering.

One question: I heard that freezing eggs after they are fertilized has a better chance of survival than just the eggs themselves. Have you thought about whether you want to get a sperm donor and freezing your eggs after they are fertilized?

oh, you just now mentioned the hysterectomy. :)
I mean, you'd think it'd be way easier to get the eggs through taking out the ovaries and just squeezing all the eggs out!
