From lvl20 - 100 without burning will take over hour I reckon, based on the pace it seems like it's approx one level per minute so 75+ mins. I tried with my lvl60 nightwalker and took me 38 minutes to get to level 100, and that's with kerning exp ring equipped. It may be slightly faster for classes with more aoe skills but considering we only can use up to third job I don't think many classes will have map clearing skills available.
I don't think it will take much longer even without burning. because the mob's exp will increase after you kill 100. without burning the mobs will refresh much more times and end up giving much higher exp.
you can easily get SF110 using the support gear (sf13 on weapon, sf12 on all armors plus 7 from epic secondary weapon plus 6 from monster park) and your early game will be much easier to directly farm from SF110. but to get sf123 or 133 I still recommend building your own gears.

the title itself is quite a clickbait tbh, you did not include the character needs to be burning to reach that efficiency.

since growth support equipments has changed to unique, is there any difference in gear progression ?

it depends on character. Adele doesn't have that quest but most characters should have
