    Fine review. I bought one a few weeks ago. It carries well on the hip but it is still a monster. I love it !

    The sound is amazing! :D Probably woudn't sound like that if it was lighter. The only problem I can't find the beige version, only black.grey...

    I don't wear skinny jeans, I wear MEN"S jeans. So, this knife will work for me!

      Thanks so much. They are on a great sale at BladeHQ right now. The little sign, if you go to Amazon and just search LED Nametag, lots of options and they are pretty cheap!

    I'm impressed...as someone who grew up loving swords and daggers and also historical weapons this is right up my alley..also the fact that it's vg10 at 100$ is extremely solid value. The action with ball bearings gives it an alluring fidget factor although it may scare some people who aren't comfortable around blades 😂 regardless I really enjoyed your review and you will be getting a sub from me! Keep up the good work..my review on this coming next week when mine gets here in the mail

    Very cool! I'm impressed. It is a bit bulky and heavy for my preference, but I'm sure many people would be fine carrying it.

    • @CoyoteEDC
      @CoyoteEDC  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I have been carrying it in my jeans for a few days now, once it is in there you don't notice it more than any other knife.

  • @findingnemo696

    Everything is Big & Beefy. . . except the liner-lock. Just seems too thin for this knife which, admittedly, for 99.9% of buyers will just be put into their collections to be admired. Still . . . would be nice if the lock mechanism could also be described as B&B. Just think a great opportunity was missed in _not_ making this into a frame-lock. Also, I actually have the Cold Steel Counter-point. Much stronger lock mechanism. Clip can be moved around. I just think it's a significantly better knife than the Boker.

    • @CoyoteEDC
      @CoyoteEDC  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Not sure if I would ever trust a liner lock for the kind of hard use a smatchet is designed to take. Cold Steel should make a smatchet with the tri-ad lock.

    Absolutely love everything about this knife, but I cannot stand that thin little liner lock.. Why make a dagger design when you're gonna give it literally the weakest lock type? And a THIN one at that??.........

    Nice collectable at a fair price.. But it carrys to much useless weight, since being a folder u can't chop anyway.
    The gunsite is half the weight. 🤷🏻‍♂️

    • @CoyoteEDC
      @CoyoteEDC  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think that is the budget aspect of the knife showing through.
